Self~Inititation? Come on :) The only thing we can do ourself is a dedication An example would be sexual initiation, do it yourself alone,anyone :D another example of initiation could be marriage,try to get married alone :) Whose husband or wife is a single person? :D Initiation is a process that we cannot start on our own You can't create something out of nothing you can only receive it from someone who received it from someone etc. etc. etc. Self-initiation is like self-fertilization we can't start a pregnancy without "initiation"/someone who will give us a seed or egg cell :) Self-initiation is another product of modernity :( Self-dedication is the only thing we can do alone (and dedication does not initiate anything) Initiation is like being introduced to a new family or community we need this family/community, someone who is part of it and will introduce us to it "self-initiation" is like breaking into someone's house without permission or announcement "because I want to be part of your family" :D "let me in,let mi in, I'm a good person,accept me" or like impersonating a member of someone's family which doesn't even know us
