This video shows the location of all gwent cards that you can buy.
If the trader / inn keeper isn't where they should be, try meditating as some of them are only around at certain times of the day. Also this on PS4, so cards may be different on other platforms. It's more than likely i've missed something along the way, so let me know if have.....

You need to rescue this trader from an island near by which i show in the video. Try saving before rescuing as it can bug and he may not appear in claywhich afterwards, meaning you'll have to load back up and rescue him again!

Apparently there should be another trader in this village selling gwent cards, I couldn’t find him but take a look around…(Correction, the other trader Is Lindenvale, check the end of the list for a link to the clip showing that location)

Apparently after this innkeeper vanishes at the start of the game, you can buy the same cards from the trader near the signpost in the village.

In case you missed Olivier(The Innkeeper at Kingsfisher Inn) you can find his card in the room next to the bar. Open the door and look to your right on the drawer. Just found it there myself :D

omfg... I spent over an hour jumping from inkeeper to inkeeper in Skellige looking for my last 3 cards. Even checked all merchants (thought those sold cards aswell for some reason). I was missing the guy in Spikeroog - I swear I couldn't find the freaking inn. SIGH. Thank you so much for the video, from the bottom of my heart

Not all but a fair bit. The hero cards along with certain others are special and can only be won by playing Gwent against specific NPCs. Visiting notice boards in different towns will trigger these in your secondary quest guide.

Just a late tip to anyone who's looking to collect. If you've checked the miraculous gwent guide and it says you've battled all the players of no particular renown or skill and you still have cards left to collect, this means that you have not bought all the available cards from merchants who sell them yet. So for example for me if you have 5 cards in skellige and 0 players to battle, just check all the innkeepers. So my guide is to either get them all when you first arrive at the location or find and battle all the players and then buy the cards.

Not sure if this is because I have the DLCs active or what but east of the Seven cats in just North of Carsten there is a travelling band sort of group. There is a merchant there and he sells about 8 or 9 sco'ietal cards

if you have 2 cards missing in velen you'll either find them at claywich(make sure to do the person in distress thing) or at lindenvale (the merchant to the left) hope this helps

Yeah you will only get nilfgaardian cards after a match if the person was using that faction, same applies for the rest :)

Sérjao_1985 Idk how far you guys are in the game but I noticed some bugs of mine have fixed after playing some of the main story quests, so you could try that. I think the main characters are supposed to leave after you finish the game though so be careful of it
