1:20 Explanation: All witches and sorcerers were believed to have a witch's mark waiting to be found. A person accused of witchcraft was brought to trial and carefully scrutinized. They believed that the birth makrs or beauty marks were a witch's mark or devil's mark was a bodily mark that witch-hunters believed indicated that an individual was a witch, during the height of the witch trials. The beliefs about the mark differ depending on the trial location and the accusation made against the witch.

I learned about Salem Witchcraft since 7th-10th grade English class and in 7th grade I went to Salem Massachusetts for a school field trip. Thank you for bringing back memories of Witchcraft

Wonderful job by all the editors! All the stories were tragic and well-edited, and I liked how there's a variety of reasons they get accused of witchcraft, from angry men to superstitions about moles. Shanti's story was the most painful for me because she's a kid and has already learned that's how you get rid of people you don't like. I also wanted to let you know that I am planning to include this video in the Let's Get Animated animated vid show at Con.txt 2023 in June!

@FableSecrets (sorry if you get this twice, it looked like it disappeared the first time) Sorry for the confusion! It's a small online convention that includes fan video shows. For the shows, someone makes a playlist (it uses embeds, so people can find the videos later, and all the original creators are always credited) and we watch along together at the same time. The theme of the one I am making is 'edits that use animation', and I was planning to include this video. Let me know if that explains it or if you have more questions ☺️

These stories are all good and clear! It's so easy to follow and figure out why these women are being accused, and so well edited and smooth! And the song choice is amazing!

AMAZING, this is so good, I have no words! Everyone did splendid job and each story was tragic and believable! I especially found Odette lying to save herself so hurtful, and the girl accusing Chel to get her out of the family, ouch! Love it

My favorite was Jafar and the cute (I assume Asian but correct me if I'm wrong) woman and the guy from Pocahontas and Jasmine. Both events are sad but it really shows how someone's ego and anger result in them getting revenge in a way that results in someone else's death.

I don't think i see the Horned King on Belle's part...? And i don't fully understand why Cinderella was accused But this is soooo amazing and the effects and manips were incredible!!

Oh you're right, that should say Frollo! I'll change that, thank you! And for Cinderella, it was vague and I tried to convey it the best I could since it was a last minute part I made for the mep, but I based her story on a real woman who was accused of witchcraft because she was too good at healing people. So I this, Cinderella is the town healer and people accused her because she was so good at healing people so it 'must have been witchcraft'. I hope that helps explain it!
