April was not in love with Grant, April's dad Dr. Palmer was the one who force the relationship between Grant and April and she was not happy with grant's toxicity as anyway, Grant was emotionally abusive toward Gf April and also cheated on her as well. April has the right to choose who she wants to be with or break up with her decision. She made the right choice choosing Dj cause he was a gentleman toward April and respect her Period!!!!
