@Tariq Pittman Pac, Nas, Jay Z, Rakim, Scarface’s catalogs have all aged better than Biggie’s. It’s no question when it comes to Pac, Nas, Jay. Rakim could arguably be #1 because he fathered the style. Scarface is a living legend, his catalog proves it.

@@brightlight5274 His catalog has aged beautifully. RTD has that classic gritty sound and LAD still sounds fresh today. Plus basically all his features are legendary. No pun intended but pound for pound BIG might be the GOAT. The flow is still untouchable and his presence on the mic is second to none.

@@MichaelWilliams-cd9if LAD should've been 1 disc. AEOM aged better. I also prefer Me Against the World over RTD. And Scarface is no slouch. Big is a lot to digest in terms of the voice and subject matter - listening to that voice and style over several songs is a lot, for me. He's a lyrical genius, no doubt. But overall, his catalog lacks depth and Scarface, overall, gives that superbly. I Seen A Man, Hand of the Body, My Block, Guess Who's Back, Look Me in My Eyes, Never, Who Do You Believe In, Smile, Can't Get Right. Just to name a few.

If you have 2 albums that are arguably top 10 all time (one in which was a double album that could’ve been separated to 2, being outside of top 10 is blasphemous. Big’s impact on an entire coast in the 90s solidifies his spot. Anybody who disagrees clearly wasn’t outside in the 90s. The only person that rivaled Big during his reign was Pac. Y’all gotta quit acting like Big was just another rapper in the 90s. He was king of an entire coast at one point

Longevity his impact still felt he’s being quoted, they are murals of him etc he’s been more impactful than most guys who are alive now. He’s one of the few most all around MCs still to date.
