@@niedowieszsie4990 Yup, i love a good rival, Video games have tons of great examples but Animations are behind a bit. The only other best rivals i can think of right now are from the Gundam franchise. Friends or rivals on the same side or opposite sides of the war is my bread and butter.

This scene was so taken out of context. Desperate Naruto fans try to make it seem as if it’s proof of sasukes inferiority. Completely ignoring sasuke’s opinion of Naruto’s skill, and how long it’s been since he’s witnessed Naruto fighting… also completely ignoring the fact that sasuke goes on to fight on par with this Naruto with little difficulty. When you factor in all this and don’t just ignore all context, then it makes perfect sense why sasuke would be taken back by Naruto’s development. Sasuke was surprised and somewhat irritated that the loser Naruto was just as strong as he was after all this time.
