Ingredients :
500g flour
100g of yogurt
60g of sugar
60 ml of oil
1 tsp of salt
160 ml of lukewarm water
14g dry yeast
150g butter
Egg yolk
The Thermomix version:
- In the bowl put the water: 37°C, speed 2, 2 minutes 30.
- Add the sugar, yogurt, yeast and oil: 3 minutes, 37°C speed 2
- Add flour and salt: kneader mode, 5 minutes
Transfer to a salad bowl and let rise.
* Note: you can let the dough rise in the Thermomix bowl for 20 minutes at 37°C.
**Tip: put the dough in the 'VAROMA' and the water in the bowl. Activate fermentation mode for 60 minutes at 60°C.
