One subtle difference between 帮 and help. In Chinese, most of the time, 帮 has the meaning of 替，that is do it instead of the other person，so when someone says 你可以帮我拍张照片吗 the meaning is not that this person wants to take a picture with you, but they want you to take picture of them, instead of them. Moreover, for example, the meaning of 帮我洗碗 is not that this person want to do the dishes with you together, but they want to make you do the dishes so they don’t have to.

Thank you for your comment. Here is what I think about this question: Honestly if I say sentences in my normal speed,maybe I am faster than her.The reason why I read really slow is to make you firstly understand and hear every word and after hear and practice many times you will find every word. So my suggestion is （1）"at least understand slower sentences" （2）and then after practicing and repeating many times we are able to hear the normal speed. And I am also planning to make videos only in Chinese. Thank you again.
