Within Temptation's concerts aren't just concerts, they are performances! Caged is an excellent example of this. They don't just stand there and play, they really bring it to life!

I have listened to Sharon Den Adel since 1998 until now she is still my only favorite female singer. now 2024, 26 years ago and still love it now

Within Temptation really is great...but listen to Epica and I promise you will cry even more xD I guess it's personal preferences and such, and I love both, but I was so much more moved by Epica as far as just how powerful the vocals are

This was the absolute pinnacle of all their albums so far. I'm sure if I heard any of their other ones first, I would have been a slower convert. I thank the god & goddess daily that I am alive in this day & age to be able to hear such phenomenal musicians.

I'm going to watch this everyday until it has a million views. Only been three days, yet i love it more every time i watch it. You can catch lightning in a bottle, this is emotion in a speaker.

Saw her live. It's that good. No lip sinking here. They play sound tracks as part of the background (when they don't have a full chorus and orchestra - which sometimes they do - then there's no sound track). But you can tell when she's singing live. Which is every song.

No, she doesn't really. She has a nice timbre which works well in the recording studio where they can enhance her abilities and correct mistakes, but onstage her shortcomings are painfully clear.

shadowheart52 You talk a complete load of nonsense. This is one of the best symphonic metal bands in the world and her voice is as good live as in the studio. She has a genuinely great voice. What kind of trash do you listen to. I've followed this band for years and they haven't made a bad record yet. I suggest you stop listening to your brand of rubbish and try listening to the real sound of music.

shadowheart52 Well, I've watched numerous live videos of WT and all her vocal performances have been flawless. To be able to sing like that live is pure talent and it's a shame that they're not as big as they should be. I can only presume that you are tone-deaf from listening to Lady GaGa too loud, for too long.
