I was married for 20yrs, he left + hooked up immediately with a work colleague who he has been with over 18mths. I have a love hate feeling for him. He has deserted family life and has been on multiple holidays with the new gf, we are getting divorced, we have two teenagers and we don’t communicate at all. I am struggling with understanding how he threw away the family for money and this woman.

I've been in a long-term relationship (38 yrs). I'm tired of always changing when the dumper has never made the effort to change herself. No consulting, no working on physical things, etc. I've been there and done that. I'm tired, and I don't believe at 62, I need to change especially if I'm the only one doing so. It's getting to a point where I want nothing to do with her! I've been in no contact for 40 days thinking maybe this is what it takes to get her back. Those 40 days have also shown me the energy I've spent does equal the reward. I don't care if I ever see, or hear from her again!!!

How about a video for when a man is breaking up with the rebound, and BOTH women are wanting to get him back. Who has the biggest chance? If your relationship was longer than theirs, etc. And they seemed to be a rebound. But their rebound relationship lasted longer than usual, but with a lot of drama and issues.

Its been a year. His parents love me and support me despite the fact they played the role in his break up decision. Especially his mom loves me, says I'm And amazing woman, beautiful, a model, mature and who's her sh*t together And he's a little boy who needs to grow up, a boy who can't handle a grown woman but only a little girl. They see my change. He's currently been rebounding his 4 years older sister's friend who he have always despised because she's boring, can't make her own decisions And He would have gone crazy.. I know he's not mature Now but He still holds a place in my heart despite acting like an immature moron. He was So different with me. Mature, happy, loving. I'm kinda stucked, want to move more forward but still want him by my side though he has not grown.... Thank you!

Im going through a break up from a 8.5 year relationship, 12 years age difference we met when she was 18 and i was 30, she feels like she hasnt been in the world by herself as i have been her first real relationship, neither of us have done anything wrong and we still love each other but she feels like she needs to do her own thing for a while, she just finished uni and we where going to move together to the place where she has her new job coming up, first she wanted to move first and live by herself for a while but said she said it would be unfair on me and didnt want me to wait, im happy to wait because our relationship is strong but she communicated she needs to do this on her own, i understand but shiiiit, my world is upside down and inside out

Hey guys, just broke up with bf a few hrs ago 293 days , that's 9 months and 15 days, it's like we were starstruck lovers then, he decides he doesn't feel romance for me anymore...... I used to think it would hurt so bad, but it didn't, I got over it within a hour......Wow, I bet it would hurt if he knew that though, after he says I'm the perfect one..... Highschool has his ups and downs I guess it took the coronavirus as a sign we didn't need to be together, all the signs I ignored for him. Great video btw, and everyone you're amazing ;^

I never considered this perspective. This is not my issue at all. I am in a great relationship with an amazing woman who has never stopped loving me. But for some weird reason I feel like I need space to find myself again. Like I’m molding myself to much into what she wants. Leaving me no space to be who I truly am. Or forgetting who I truly am.

Me and my ex broke up after six years almost two months ago, I did 28 days of no contact and after that I saw her in campus. A few times. On new years Eve we were in a party and she tried to tease me, I told her it's not cool, few days later I asked for my stuff from her, she said shell bring it, it didn't happend so I gave her roommate her stuff with an hand written letter. After that she said she want us to meet but went into radio silence, so yesterday I took my stuff from her roommate and saw her on the street, she didn't reply to the letter all she had to say is it's not cool that I put her stuff inside her room and not in the living room. (the stuff were sex toys and some personal items) after that I was in shock and devistated how can she do this to me ? What should I do next. I'm not going to contact her again anytime soon

After my ex of 3 years wanted a break, I initiated NC for about a month and he reached out saying he missed me. We hung out, it went well, and plan on meeting again soon. We talk daily but I’m currently dealing with communication issues probably due to resentment of our past. He’s hot/cold. Should I give him space with NC or continue things as they’ve been? It hurts not having a response for hours but being told “I love you”. I need to focus on myself and reflect through this recovery process so it only makes sense.

Me and my ex broke up 4 months ago we were together 6 years and she got into a relationship with a so called friend of ours straight away, we had complications which meant we had to stay in contact, we talk regularly and everything and we both have admitted we still care a lot about each other but I am moving away now as I can’t deal with the new relationship and making my depression worse but we haven’t done no contact and I don’t know if I should do it once moved as I guess we’ve been talking for months still and I feel like she will never get the feeling that I am gone now and that was her decision? I was with my ex for 18 yrs i had a stroke was in wheel chair sometimes in 2011 he was great until 2017 when broke my hip things changed he told me he didn't love me he cared but needed sex2017 so i went back in hospital when I was there he left me 2 days moved another girl in our house I still love him and miss him it was my fault i couldn't give what he wanted how can i get him back i cry for him i dont if he his for got me i miss him

we been together for 3 years LDR she comes back to see me twice a year, now she say she has no feeling with me i am her first love, we had a bad breakup i beg i plead i cried, she blocked my messenger, she hates me now, when i did NC for a month, one month after i broke up when i came out she unfriended me unfollow me on every social media, on her birthday i sent her a incouraging comment on instagram on her birthday she liked it for half a day and unliked it, now shes ignorings me on instagram, its been, she is genuinely happy at work everyday, its been 3 months she stills hate and ignores me and shes dating someone new. we never ague or fight we really love each other

Married 13 years with kids going on 3 months separated and I miss her! But I'm the one who initiated the divorce,giving her,her grounds for the divorce! I am going through divorce but still love my husband of 22 years. He is in affair with another married woman for 10 years and I found out 3 years back. I am separated from him but I can’t forget him. We have two kids together but I don’t see any remorse and he told me I have issues and other woman is better than me. Someone used for picture in Facebook names Cloud Demon and he is attacking female members in Mindful Attraction 2.0’s group. Ive seem some report about him. One of our members, Princess was right, The user must be female she knew The pictures were fake, maybe Princess knows you ahead already, but she dint mentioned your name tho so either she can read people or knows you, but what ever, someones using your pictures on Facebook, it might destroy your reputation.

Give it some time. Once someone says they don’t love you anymore, and I now know this from experience, back off and don’t say a word. It’s the best thing you’ll do, especially if you really wanna keep him around. Indifference and self improvement should be your focus right now, follow No Contact and don’t do what you want to do and beg for him back or profess your undying love, apparently when people say they don’t love you anymore, they also think they have free reign to say and do whatever to you at that point. Don’t give him that, give him the break up and allow him to realize his mistake.

Me and my ex were together for 17 years. We both raised her daughter together. The last 9 months of our relationship she was seening another guy behind my back. The last 3 years of our relationship she was injured from work and stayed at home while I worked a lot of hours to make ends meet. A couple months after the break up she contacted me and we hung out secretly for a couple weeks while she still was with this other man. Within them weeks she told me that she wasn't over me yet Said she loved me and all kinds of stuff, kissing but nothing sexual. Shortly after that I notified him and told him what she was doing behind his back. She got pissed and tried to file a restraining order against me which obviously failed. Since then it's been 4 months of 0 contact. I'm having a very hard time getting over the situation considering it was a long 17 years together and how it all ended. I still love this woman with all my heart. I have definitely been working on myself my physical appearance as well as my financial status. Im not waiting around for her but I would like to know your opinion if you believe she is gonna reach out to me at some point in time? Thanks!

Mark, my husband and I have been married for 35yrs. He moved out of the country. It's been 1yr. 2mos since break-up. He is finally starting to email me again. Just keep your cool with her. Be in no contact for a while and then make contact slowly and try to make her laugh at an old memory or two. Fingers crossed.

I have a situation that my husband left the house 2 months 1/2 ago. I have been texting him everyday very minimal but he only reads the text with no response unless I ask him to respond. My texts are not nagging, begging or fighting they are usually uplifting or asking him about his day or our finances. When I need a response about our finances I call him and he responds but it’s not a lot of communication. Recently I started the no contact rule I’m on 5th day but on the 3rd he reached out to to me to thank me of my help of creating a resume and looking for a job that he previously got. He starts it on the 18th and I was thinking about sending him an uplifting text for his first day that he will do a good job. I dk if I should do this? And I don’t know how to read his previous text messages . I don’t know if it’s too late for my marriage or the no rule please help and advise me on what to do???

Do same sex relationships last longer than normal people do? Are women more faithful or loyal than men? I see how men are promiscuous wether they are gay or straight. But i think women are better in keeping relationships.

Hi coach Adrian, My boyfriend of 3 years cheated on me. I found him chatting with someone..so as I know it was an online relationship of few months. He has loved me so much... He still says he does. He confessed he's cheating after I assured him that I will forgive them..bcz I just wanted to know the truth. He is very guilty now and requesting me to take him back... He gave me plea and reasons behind cheating. That I have an anxiety disorder ( it's true) and I was becoming unable to give him the love that he needed so he went somewhere else to seek love and happiness. He has told me a thousands of lies only to hide his online relationship. He has been a caring and genuine partner in the past. I never cheated him.. we were even serious about marriage. He still says he only wants me. I m really hurt and confused.. should I forgive him? Please help coach.
