I'm with you Shane, a man's word and a firm handshake while looking each other in the eye is all that should be needed to seal the deal. You and Hedge-A-Cuda (AKA Sarah) do exceptional work, house and yard look fantastic. I bet Sarah would really appreciate a foam pad or knee pads to lessen the discomfort when she's working? The problem is man with our lawn business’s me and you we run ours with a heart for people and that’s the best kind my friend. My podiatrist I had when I broke my leg might want me to mow for her next year she said the guy is charging her outrageous prices man so iam hoping this might be a ticket into nicer neighborhoods I’ll see man! I feel like this guy is taking advantage of her because she is a doctor

That's why I am always an early event to a quote request. I want customers to know I will be there and ready for when they give the go-ahead. But sometimes the customer cancels on ya like they did this morning on me. I'm thinking daggumit you could have told me this last night. I told the customer they needed to mark where they wanted the pad for their shed and they didn't do it, but could have told me they didn't get it done. I'll follow up with them the day before next week like I did this time with them. Oh well, small potatoes I guess.✌
