Most Rich Black American never care about the poor because they think they made it and were in different class and that they were not affected. Cornell West use to try to let Black advocates look like fools with his over extended words that no one understands. Here, he's now a bit too late. We know the true leader at that table. Honorable Farrakhan changed my life and gave my children hope. I am so grateful to this man and his organization.

Too many of us have Cain spirit/curse, and kill and destroy our brothers, like MALCOM X. Yet, many claim to descend from Noah, and are the real Hebrew/Israelite/Muslim. Note: Abel was murdered out of jealousy, over building an altar to God (RELIGION). This is the true root of our lack of love for each other and our lack of unity. The curse is broken when we unite. Until then, we will work hard in life as a people, but receive no harvest (i.e. nether have much to show for our hard work, like the Africans today digging with their bare hands in the emerald mines in DRC).

One of the biggest problems is that the one with less needs a helping hand to get on their feet in order to help make a difference. Such as myself not negating others but giving an example: I can cook and so can all three of my daughters and several of my granddaughters and have worked together at different times on events however we don’t have funds to open and maintain a restaurant til it is known . Two of my daughters can make Asian meals, and Italian dishes . One might say take out a loan however in our area it’s hard when not enough of us have good enough credit, however we really don’t want to do that anyway.

From an outsider looking in, I think Africa is way too focused on their shortcomings, their problems and way too focused on comparing themselves to other countries especially America. . Africa needs to realize that it is a very unique continent with very different structures compare to other countries and other continents.So therefore what works for Americans will not necessarily work for Africa. . So the solution for Africa is to focus on their strengths, their resources and learn how to capitalize on those resources no matter how small they are -they can be developed to be great. Don’t focus on the differences within the tribes -focus on the common goals, common similarities,common resources and how you can exchange them within yourselves to create wealth . start with something small that can create a big impact than you will be able to expand from that.

I remember watching them years ago and becoming excited about the Future knowing Black American leadership were coming together. It's hard, yet enlightening to watch this today. Post-9/11,Post-Obama,1/6 and Post the lmmigrant lnvassion to our Southern-borders. I hate to think that not one program or initiative came out of this that Transformational on a National level. Unless their main goal was a Black President, at the expense of all the other challenges in the Black Community. Pooling of our resources are the answer. Solutions...Solutions...Solutions...Solutions....Black folks let's Solve our Challenges we've talked about them for decades. Where are our works from from all these panels???
