I grew up with both parents, i grew up with love, i grew up with a great education, i grew up around other kids who grew up like me, i grew up with faith, family, education, love, and # 1 my mom telling me be proud of who you are, be proud of where you come from! You can be whatever it is you want to be. I grew up speaking English and Spanish. I grew up believing the world was a perfect place. I was so wrong! You ask how could a young girl who had everything given to her in life just throw it all away for sex, drugs, being tortured by men who i thought were going to give me the world! I was caught up in hell! I was at rock bottom! Lying to my family, my real friends, and to myself! I never got to follow my dreams and was homeless for one month! I had to do things just to have a place to live! I was crying every night! Wanting to not wake up!! Praying to God to please take me! This went on for years until 2006 when i met my husband. He had done 15 years and we shared each others stories. He went to heaven on December 1st 2019. I truly believe he was put in my life to show me that i do matter, to move on, be free, be happy, we both did not have kids. Thats crazy huh? I know he would want me to find those dreams and fulfill them!! Iam on my way down that yellow brick road! Amen! God bless you guys!! All my beautiful brown brother's and sister's!! Hey Richard I'm 24 years old with a 3 year old son. My relationship with his mom is on and off she is bi-polar and checked herself into a 12 step program. I feel so lonely without her even being around my son I feel lonely. I feel like this is all my fault so many times that she left because I didn't stop her because I was to scared to show my emotions at the moment. It would be great if you could do a fatherhood episode on without your permission. If not a simple response will do me good to.
