Whoever requested the reaction for this song did not orient you about the FIRST TAKE. This very popular Japanese channel only invites artists who they think are great live vocal performers from other countries who don't need autotune (as most of performers here are Japanese). Hence the reason for the stripped down music as they want to focus on vocals alone and artists are only given one take to nail the performance. No enhancements will be made to the actual recording so it's as raw as you can get. You cannot muscle your way to perform here. SB19 were the first Filipino artists and the first Southeast Asian group (as the first SEA artists perform here was a Thai rapper) to be invited to perform due to their immense popularity as live vocal monsters.

No filter. No autotune. No post-prod mixing. No flashy visual productions. Just a white studio, a microphone, and one take. Pure, unadulterated, raw vocals. That's the premise of The First Take. Thus, when artists are invited to perform here they remove all the layers in the instrumentals and stick with the bare minimum to highlight the vocal ability of the singers.

Pablo's bias are called from the "Freezer" because in the Philippines we put hotdog in the freezer. He called his fans hotdogs because it is his favorite food. Hope this helps. Thanks Ovela for supporting SB19.

The channel is called "The First Take" because it aims to expose the artists vocal prowess that's why the musical instrumentation was toned down. You cannot request for your favorite artist to guest on the channel. It is as per channel's invitation only. The artists being invited were known to be "vocally capable". It's either the artist invited "make or break" his/her performance in just one take, no re-take. SB19 is the very first Filipino artist and first SEA group performed on the channel.

First Take is by invitation only and it's meant to be stripped down to showcase the vocals. You can really hear everything, it's a great platform for someone like Ken with all that bass. For a power vocal like Stell, he's actually a little more subdued here.

You just said it, Ovela. The point of remixing and stripping out the instrumentalities of the song is to clearly hear the authentic vocals of the artists. And here we can definitely confirm just how good the voices of the members are. The timbre of their individual voices complements each other so well that it's just so pleasing to the ears. And their adlibs were on point, too. SB19 is the embodiment of quality music with superb vocals. 👌👌👌

You don't understand the concept. The First Take is focused on vocals. There's no room for mistake. That's why it is called First Take. NO second take. They intentionally reduced the beat to highlight their vocals.

Can hear Ken's voice at the background singing hes literally the entire song plus his solo part... deepest voice but smoothing to hear...during Pablo and Josh's live, its legit 1 take only that they even asked if it can be done 2 takes but its not.. SB19 was the 449th artist to perform..singers/artists can be seen so nervous once they enter since whatever happens there, will be watched as it is..that could make or break them

The arrangement is different because it's the The First Take, which primarily focuses on the artists' vocals. They have literally 1 TAKE to do it and that's it. No retakes. that's you hear Pablo say at the start that he's nervous. TFT is a huge channel who invites artists to perform in a minimalist environment. Local (Japanese) and foreign artists need to be invited in order to perform there. That's why it's a big deal.

Regarding to your question about being in the freezer as a Pablo bias, Under A'tin community we have 5 houses which represent each member: Stell's fandom- are called Stellberries/Berries which belong to the FARM Felip/Ken's fandom-are called Chicken(Ken's chicks) which belong to the POULTRY Justin's fandom- are called mais/corn which belongs to the CORNFIELD Josh's fandom-are called barbeque/bbq (a word play for "baby ko" or my baby) which belongs to ihawan or BBQ house. Pablo's fandom- are called 'hotdogs" which belong in the FREEZER. These are also each member's fave food BTW. And we are all called A'tin in general.🥰
