The officers walked the entire length of the block and were just speaking calmly and there was no gunshots before the explosion took place. There was nothing on their radios that said there were shots that they needed to respond to.... They walked right pass the vehicle RV and also listen closely to what the vehicle recording(if it was a recording and not just remote speaker). It did not say there was a bomb. Just sounds fishy as if to just get on the news to distract or send a message to someone....

If I remember correctly (which admittedly I have a lot on my mind and may not) I believe she stated that they left the area and had traveled about 30 minutes before the explosion. If that's the case, the police recordings are not long enough to cover everything she may have heard.
