In true alcoholic fashion, I went through the entire workbook in a day. Of course only the first pass-through, but felt like it was a re-membering vs. new-knowing. I struggle with “nothing I see means anything,” because I just learned that “everything I see has meaning,” (everything is of God, is of me) - now let it all go seems to be the next step. Weird. I guess the lesson is that I am not to understand. And perhaps everything and nothing mean the same thing. Hmmm Yes, please sign me up for the zoom group!

i find my feelings getting stronger the more i meditate. whether it’s anger or whatever. today i came to a point where i said “i dont know what to do anymore”. the feelings linger like a shadow. can you say something about this please?

yes, this is a journey into fear, not away from it and you will begin to become more aware of just how your mind has been deceiving you or better how you have let yourself be deceived, as you go along. This is why it is important to do this with the holy spirit, inviting him in every morning and throughout the day etc. You cannot heal what you cannot feel and as you begin to feel things more the temptation to call the energy of what you feel names such as anger or despair etc will be strong, but all arising emotional states as the same thing… Energy. I’m going to do a video today about energy and how to transform it through circle work which you will find helpful, I have done videos like this before and if you scroll through my more recent videos you will probably find helpful stuff but in general Be still Breathe Allow the emotional state to completely overcome you or better go as deep into it as you can and then a little bit more And offer it to the Holy Spirit prayer of the heart for the healing of the mind that believes it is separate from God❤

@@awakennow5852 i was always in confusion from other teachings that i should not feel my emotions and let them go, but what you said makes more sense. if i don’t feel it i will never overcome it. looking forward to the video, thank you for your words again
