...yeah, it gets repetitive. Basically though, with shield pins being borderline useless, you want the Wastelander hat and Xibalba boots. Pretty much any school can work with that - Dream Stalker gear can work too, though. 4-piece shad meta truly wears on us all

For those who want to do ice pvp but don’t want to do raids: you can get high shad rating without running 4 piece Shads. Your stats won’t be as good as they would be if you had raid gear, but the stats are still good enough to pvp with and compete I’d argue. Run wastelander hat, Mire or plot armor robe (plot armor robe is just better but you need to open packs), dream reaver boots that give Shads, and wastelander wand. The idea is you give up some pierce and health for triangle slots so you can socket shad rating. With two triangle slots for shad rating (on the wand and the dream reaver amulet) you have the equivalent of 4 piece Shads. My ice runs this and I still have 82 res and almost at the dmg cap. Pierce is at 42 which is a bit low and my hp is around 13.6k. Don’t know if this works for other schools but maybe this will inspire someone to try it. Also worth noting with this setup you will have a small chance of fizzling , at least with ice. With sleet storm you won’t tho. And you will still have perfect pips.

ik it was just in the crowns shop but i want them to bring back the courser soon, i wanna get it for my raid set so i can make do easier with a failed pet and only need 3/5 talents to be right

Do a gear guide for those who want to skip out on raids. Like maybe crowns or reaver gear may be an option?

I probably should've gone over it more, but 4-piece shad is pretty much required to be at all competitive in PvP. There's not really any good alternatives to raid gear outside of stalker stuff, you could *maybe* get away with Burrower boots on a lot of schools but raid stuff is just that much better by far

I'd love a game like wiz pvp but without the getting gear aspect. Just choosing your school (class) then playing. The closest to that is hearthstone but its not that close.
