This runs begins from a hard power-on (though soft reset is often used in this category). This run does not use the level-reuse glitch (warping from level 5 to 1 instead of beating the final 4 levels of the game). This run uses deaths/continues to respawn gem blocks in the final level instead of grinding from the enemies.
