I just love how this is different from American RNB or RAP where women. Afrobeats tend to respect women's appearance more and you see a mutual respect in the videos from the artist to the girls, it's sensual but not sexual. Big difference. Also, it's about having beautiful dance and scenery rather flashing money and expensive jewelry. It's not perfect but there is this sense of purity that is refreshing. the messages are about loving our people and not calling them the N word or B word like we hear so often. They are overall putting out a better image of the black artist and person as a whole. It commands self-respect and that's is everything. Hopefully that will recondition the mindset of many people around the globe that partake in disrespecting black people in many regards. Keep it up fam.
