Hello i have a quastion: what should i do if my claim was resolved but i still havent received any compensation? and they dont send me a transaction code so i can check it in my bank. I keep placing claims but they are resolving them or merging them with the first one. And i dont know what to do anymore, we are just running a circle.

try to go from Rome FCO to Chisinau, let's see if you can do it or you end up in IASI (Romania)

I have been over charged for a bag which fit the companies carry on bag size of 40x30x20cm, please avoid this airline at all costs, they are a group of scammers.
