I did not hear the price, but 50 cc, I don't think you even need a motorcycle license here. Unless you are under 16 years old. Then a moped license is required. Needs insurance.

If you past your test before 2001 you can ride a 50cc on a car licence in the UK.

i love this bike but was wondering if the acceleration is the same or how much worse compared too a moped 50cc?

Its a geared bike so a little slower but still only does 30mph

I think I would be to scared to ride that tbh. To powerful and fast for me. Do they make a slower one by any chance, that goes around 12 mph? 30 seem's to fast for me REV, i need somthing smaller with about 1.1 bhp. What would you recomend?

What! is this for real? 50cc's sorry here but I am struggling to comprehend such a power plant in a road bike. My Brushcutter Whipper Snipper for the garden is 52cc's. I think in the name of safety riding on the road this is missing the mark somewhat. There are many times you need to move quickly and with this, getting squashed by a car comes to mind. I know many riders are not after big HP when picking a bike but what are we talking here with this bike ?1.5 hp out of a 50cc engine? No No and nar no way is this to run with a pack of cars on the road.

Yeah agree. It's hard to get over the memories of a 50cc gliera skp I had that would easily do 50 mph on the level and redline downhill at about 58. I really don't see the point in these (very) restricted bikes apart from if you're a lucky 16 year old.😂

Thats the european laws for you category AM - gives you entitlement to ride mopeds with a maximum design speed over 25 km/h but not more than 45 km/h, 30mph small three wheelers (up to 50 cc and below 4 Kilowatt (kW)) 5.36 HP , and light quadricycles (unladen weight less than 350 kilograms (kg) and up to 45 km/h)
