A 13-year-old girl was found dead Thursday morning following the deadly tornadoes that swept across four states late Friday night into early Saturday morning.

Those First Responders need to be lifted up in prayer. Their task is heavy....worthy of praise and love. Thank you all for your service and for letting this precious family have their baby girl back. So incredibly sad.....

That is a nice thought but an assumption. I hope the adults who died had accepted that Jesus Christ was the only sacrifice to forgive their sins prior to death. I hope the adults who died had accepted the free gift of salvation that could only come through the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. I don't say this to be mean but we can't sugar coat how to enter the kingdom. Other people who may not know the Gospel may be reading this and presume that just because they seemed nice and a tragic event happened that they will see each other again in Heaven. It doesn't work that way. There has never been a more important time to be honest about death and Heaven. We must speak truth. Please read at least the following 2 verses. Jesus was NOT a liar. John 3:16/John 14:6. The children? God is just and fair. He won't punish children who had not heard the Gospel and believed (In case they had not). Peace to all who read this. Don't get mad about me saying this. Read those verses and be honest with yourself. Am I right? If you don't think I am, you don't understand the Gospel, Heaven, and death. Educate and don't placate. You only hurt others by making assumptions that could very well be false even though well intentioned.

To all first responders we should say thank you. Finding bodies leaves scars that never leave your memory. Your service is appreciated and your hearts were on display for those who seek the truth to see that your are NOT a bunch of terrible people. I love you. I thank you. Reporter Valencia...I have to be honest. I don't watch the news anymore due to the truth lacking so blatantly at times. You did a fine job on this story. Those officers showed great compassion. Towards the brown family and countless others whose moments weren't caught on camera. Empathy isn't weakness it's human decency. May the moment's we share with each .bring us joy and happiness for we will all be called home.

I was raised in Nebraska, went through many tornadoes and huddling in basements of friends. Moving across the country in my adult life...tornadoes and the destruction they bring hit home. Prayers for all.

My God losing 7 family members at one time I can't even begin to imagine the pain. The ones that are out there searching for missing people and having to find babies, kids, adults, and family pets that have passed away for the last 8 days and counting my heart and prayers go out to you. I said this in another post but I sure hope that the family and friends of those people are waiting for them with hugs and love when they get home from days like today. Nyssa you are beautiful and I'm praying for you and your family. Rip baby girl with the rest of your family in my prayers too. What a tragic week this has been for so many and during the holidays where these kids would've been waiting for Christmas morning with their families. So sad.

It's moments like this where the George strait song "the weight of the badge" truly hits home. As a volunteer firefighter from Alabama the heartfelt prayers of my dept are with each and every one of these first responders, police,fire,medical staff and all affected by this tragedy.

The reporter is such a strong woman! You could hear it in her breathing and voice that she was struggling. I couldn’t avoid crying, watching this, and I am nowhere near this scene, as she is. I hope all of these people are provided access to a grief counselor. Situations like this have a heavy impact on everyone involved, especially when it involves children. Even if; like this lovely reporter, you are able to display strength in a moment of heart break.

My condolences to beautiful Nyssa and Brown family and all who lost their life. So sorry. She looks like my granddaughter. I dropped my granddaughter off at her dad's house that same day. She texted me, be careful a tornado was reported and to text her when I get home. Driving back home was very scary because visibility was zero, due to it being very dark and the pouring rain. Cars ahead were in single lane following each other and moving slow. I can't imagine what these people might have experienced. All I know, it was very scary driving on the outskirts of that tornado. 🕊 🙏🕊

This report so touched my heart - to see rescue worker/ officers gathered together in prayer. My deepest sympathies to them and Nyssa’s family. Am crying as I write, so sad that entire family is gone. To watch the police officers praying together is something I've never seen before, and that image will stay with me. The news reporter managed to hold herself composed while giving the update, but will also deal with the trauma of this story for years to come. Bless her too. 🙏

RIP Sweet Angel... thoughts and prayers from Alabama. Almost everyone I know and have known in my 58 years have been touched by the sadness and gut wretching grief that we have to endure after a tornado has taken one of our loved ones. We have all been there and we know how hard it is to come to grips with the grief and sadness after such a horrific storm that takes so many precious lives. May God dry their tears and give them peace and strength to pick up the scattered pieces and slowly put their lives back together. All of the people of the USA stands together as one to help these lost people. Lean on your higher power to help you get through this incredible loss.

This just breaks my heart. Our family went through that back in 1957 in the Silverton, Texas F-5 Tornado that killed 5 of our family members. Something you will never forget. My prayers for this family. God's strength and prayers 🙏

My prayers go out to everyone who recovered, searched and found survivors and victims. Also i pray for each family and friend who lost loved ones in this event.
