I think big companies like Xiaomi, BBK, Loncin, Tencent, etc should buy these companies instead of creating new ones as there are too many of them. Particularly from state-owned enterprises. I admire China and its development, and I think it would be healthy for its economy if the largest companies in the sector were private, such as Geely, BYD, Li, Nio, Xpeng. For example, I remember the Byton project, it's a shame that it failed because of the pandemic and funding. Their vehicles looked promising.

It is indeed a good choice for large companies to invest in companies with their own technology, and some car companies have indeed done so.
