In the demo, I've been focusing my points into stone & I've been enjoying it, but once in a while, I'll put points into wood for my health & for some of the spells as well. I'm trying to go with a tank support character.

@RPJames yes its a lot of fun, I like to use the sword as my weapon 1 for the speed of it & a hammer for weapon 2 when it's time to put out large amounts of damage

I had no idea how the points worked in this game so I put 5 in fire,5 in water,10 in wood. I thought we could points in everything I didn't know you had to put all points in 1 single type. I never played niho games so didn't know or have any knowledge but I played through the demo 3 times with this set up and seemed pretty solid.

Thats definetly doable. not as powerful as a stream lined or hybrid, but doable. Just make sure that those points match your scaling damage for your weapon of choice.

@RPJames okay thank you,when the full game releases I will start a new character and just stick with 1 type but also do a hybrid since wood and fire combo seems pretty beneficial. Thanks again. Great video 👍

@@pacman5800 pick whichever weapon suits your play style most, then choose your stats based off the TWO highest scaling attributes. As you continue to upgrade the better the scaling gets.

How did the wood/fire build hybrid work out for you and are you still using it ?

Stealth is not so much about sneaking behind enemies as fatal strikes damage (also while in a fight) and not getting detected by ranged enemies like bowmen and warlocks. Water is also the only stat that scales ranged weapons damage, so you can kill enemies stealthy with bows and crossbows, not just with backstabs. It's the complement of fire: instead of focusing on normals and martial arts, it's focused on normals, deflects and fatal strikes. Also, you're not supposed to be able to sneak behind that guy at the beginning of the second mission. Still, i think earth and water deflect bonuses should be swapped

Yes. You can do that after a certain point in the game

Yes and it can be done unlimited times. No need to find a respec item.

Damn. And here I am trying to max all the elements. I can't seem to beat the first boss so I guess i could just start over.

Don't worry. You can actually beat him with patience. Just parry and hit him like once or twice. He tends to try to power through you. When you have your blue gauge high enough. Smack him for big spirit damage. Early game is mainly getting damage off of your fatal strikes on broken enemies. On 2nd phase. You only need to get him to half health and you can start a cutscene to kill him. Its your divine beast tutorial and blind boy will tell you when to use it and auto win the fight. Hope that helps.

I think I want to try a hybrid wood/earth build. I want to be in beefy armor, and be able to heal on command, use lighting and defensive magic.

That sounds on point! Someone mentioned that before. Wood/Earth. Wood would also allow you to use staffs and swords for the faster annoying enemies.

I just bought wild hearts!! Now I wish I would have gotten this first!! Oh well next month I will most likely be getting this game. Or Jedi survivor or Hogwarts legacy!!?? Damnit so many games coming out I want!! Once again another Fantastic Video my friend!!

Damn, i've been spreading my points through all the skills in the demo, maybe I'll try something different with other character buffing 1 skill to see what i like, big fan of the sabre and the cludgel but don't like the wood virtue sooooo, rip.
