Hello ma dudes!
Welcome back to another guide video, this time about how to get better chances of improving your loot drop rate and the quality of these drops when playing Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. It is pretty obvious to all those doing this out there that the drop rates in this game are quite terrible. And I mean TERRIBLE! As you can see in the video, this was recorded while farming the Taoist in Black (AKA, the big time enemy of the game) on his first form, to try to get a full 5 star armour set and his sword to drop with Swift Lightening Martial Art. It took more than 10 hours of non-stop grinding it to finally get the sword to drop with the Martial Art I wanted! Also, lucky enough, I finally managed to get a weapon to drop with Toxic Enchant so I could actually have the build exactly like I wanted, which you can see in the video to follow this one. RNG is the bane of this game! Team Ninja, if by any chance you are reading this, please either fix the drop rates of everything, or just allow the Martial Arts to be embedded to our liking and also allow the accessories to be able to be customizable.

I feel dudes pain. I’m farming the dreadstar set for my hammer build and I don’t think there is any easier way to farm those two then going through a whole mission to get to them. Plus you have to kill both so no resets. The drop rate and getting 3 stars cause I took dmg feels terrible too

I know what you mean. I have made an updated video about this with a fast farming method and that armour set can drop there too. But if you are looking for a specific set that drops from a boss, kill the boss is the best method.

@CadimaGamingPlace Well I use quinlong set with luck I have about 200 if I remember right. But I honestly don't notice a diff between using that and my regular build. I kill him a lot faster with my regular build so maybe that is why?

I didn't spec my luck set just slapped luck on a bunch of random pieces.

I got one now. But it took forever farming the last boss first phase in The Decisive Battle of Gutan to get one, while I was trying to get his sword at 5 star with the martial arts I wanted. Got 5 swords with the wrong martial arts before it finally dropped like I wanted it. Lol

@@cadimagamingplace i had 2 toxin enchant before chapter 4 of the game i think.......don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure I got them from the place where you have to fight the snake woman mid level in the toxic water that constantly zaps your spirit but one i don't have is lightning enchant and I'm in new game plus now

i usually get 5star gear when i kill higher morale rank enemies , for example when i am at 5 morale rank and i kill something like 15 i get 5 star gear %30-40 times and i dont have any luck on my gear.

I see. I haven't tested this side of it myself. But if you say you get a 30-40% increase drop rate of 5 star gear, I'm definitely testing this! With 207 Luck and a drop rate of A multiplied by 2, should be easy to test it out. Thanks for letting me know and for watching my content. Much appreciated

@@cadimagamingplace i discovered this last night . the first fight with lu bu i farm that battlefield there are many high morale rank mobs there easy to reach without earning morale ranks .

Nice video , just to mention one thing there is 2 different status for drop rate and both of them can be shown in the status menu , drop rate from leader of lord set or you can find it in some accessories and there is the equipment drop rate u can get from accessories as well as the divine beast , not sure what’s the difference is but maybe it means something els , thanks

Funny I have like 10 toxic enchants but only 1 I’ve and 1 flame enchant and no lightning.

Best thing to get these, as far as I can tell by my own experience is to farm the Ape. Eventually you'll get a few drops of different enchanted weapons. That's how I ended up having quite a few of each now. Thanks for watching my video and leaving your comment. Your support is much appreciated 🙏

Can anyone explain me how luck works ? I found two liubo dice with +36, can i find an accessories with more than 36 luck or its the max

The max luck items will come by default will be 36, such as the Entertainers chest and legs pieces. The diece also comes with 36 luck by default. But you can always had luck to other pieces like bows and helmets.

So my luck is at 200 . When i count all of my luck item equipped, it appears to only take count of the armor + accessories even tho i also have 26 and 28 luck on my crossbow + cavalry bow Is there a way to have other luck armor than the entertainer set?

@@jasminbertrand923 the best thing about the entertainers set is that you can guarantee get it at 4 stars from a reward for the mission fate of the entertainer. Also, only one of the ranged weapons actually gives the luck bonus. Whichever is selected.

thats funny i have a bunch of toxic enchant. what i couldnt find and still cant find is a lighting enchant. also HAMMER can give you drop rate as well for a weapon

I got like 10 enchants of each kind now after spending days on end farming the Ape and the Terracota soldiers. And if you check my upgraded farming guide video, you can see I was using the hammer once I found better versions of it. Thanks for watching my video and leaving your suggestions. I need lightning enchant to drop. I can't get it to drop and I keep farming monke. Got Yu Ji's sword at 5 stars twice in a row but dude wouldnt drop 4 star wrist.

It's all a matter of insisting I'm afraid. It took me 12 hours to get him to drop me what I wanted.

But your right you get the 5 star if you avoid taking damage and beating them quick it's a way better chance

Chest and legs don't role luck except for spefic gear you have garrenteed luck like entertainers

@@cadimagamingplace I highly recommend you go farm ranged weapons for the set mitigation, so you can get that equipment drop rate from the set

@@cadimagamingplace can you also not get any other special effects on the legs or chest because I have hella them for the wrist gear and the helmets but I don't have any for the chest or legs at all not a single one is that normal

@Dillon Martin special effects unfortunately can't be applied to the legs. I have also found that not all special effects can be embedded into everything. It depends on the pieces, type of armour, etc. I cold make a video explaining all this but not sure people would be interested. Thanks for supporting the channel 😀

Enchants suck anyhow because spell weapon buffs diable the weapon enchant and enchants are 10x weaker than spells

The idea is actually to use both simultaneously. On my Cao Cao build I have my weapon enchanted with lightning and I use the lightning weapon buff kn it too. It gives an absurd amount of lightning damage. Thanks for watching the video and commenting. Much appreciated 🙏

I'm afraid you can't get it back as in recovering it from salvage. When you can do is farm it again and maybe get it at 5 stars if you are on NG+

@mr who cares that only applies for accessories brother. No other gear drops at 5 star in NG. Only in NG+.

i have 231 luck in my farming build, equipment drop rate A+, drop rate A-, farming the monkey in NG+, the rarity drop is ridiculous, but i got a toxic enchant, i dont know how many times i killed that monkey, i've been farming him for 3days hahahaha, but grinding in this game is insane

@@cadimagamingplace entertainer garb and footwear both have luck36, 2 bronze liubo dice, bamboo crossbow 30luck, headgear 28 and arm 29 luck
