To this day, this is still one of my favorites from Em, especially off of the MMLP2 album, great reaction queen. Yeah Twista, Busta, and Tech N9ne are some of the few that master the double, even triple, time flow, or chop for short.

No one has his rhyme schemes, lyrical prowess, storytelling and honesty, there are other great rappers obviously but Em has so many tools in his tool belt nice react

🤔 where do you believe he got his rhyme schemes from? I’ll give you one them…Treach from Naughty by Nature. He is one of Em’s favorite rappers. The fast rap isn’t anything new neither. That’s why he said the lyrics are coming at you at “Supersonic” speed, JJ Fad appears on the television screen, and the group name JJ Fad is mentioned. He is paying them homage.

I often like to shout out Eyedea when people mention Eminem. Sadly, we will never really know what Eyedea at 30 or 40-50 years old had to say. Him and Eminem seemed to be approaching some kind of similar concept though, yet in different forms. Both were accomploshed battle rappers. Both had fire beats. Sadly Eyedea died before he could battle or collab with Em. So it goes. Our world eats and destroys greatness in almost equal amounts compared to the elevation of genius level talent, knowledge, ability or skills. So it goes.

rap god, monster, and godzilla are his worst and most mainstream songs. Don't get me wrong compared to his competition there great songs but his older shit is absolutely incredible. The lyricism and multi entendres in his other shit like "im back," "say what u say," 'just don't give a fuck" are all just a few of his greats.

I love how Portia Doubleday could basically cover most or all this song well lol. She dropped that randomly on a radio station interview or something. I forget. Normally I don't care all that much about what actor/celebrities do, yet she kinda has one of my favorite exact covers of this song that is not someone freestyling over the beat with their own words.

This is a favorite song for those who jumped the bandwagon. Yea it's a fantastic song, but Em's first few albums had songs that absolutely crush this. He was rappin like this 20yrs ago, risked it all with super confrontational content when it wasn't popular, frowned upon and everybody was trying to silence him, including the government. His OG shit was untouchable...the marshal mathers LP, the eminem show, Encore albums are fire. Most recently, music to be murdered by, as well as his Westwood freestyle video

Eminem is the world record holder for fastest rapper and is most often regarded as the greatest lyricist of all time by his peers. I can't think of another rapper that can switch threw so many layers of cadence or reverse engineer double entendre.

Its funny cuz he can actually do this on stage and this song is technically not that fast in the quick rap community. Now Speedom somewhat one upped this song. My ears are trained to hear the speed stuff. You can look at lyrics for these. I wouldn't be mad at it. You will be shocked more and more as you listen to him. He brings a lot to the table and done alot in the background and supports the old and new people. Took me months to learn that song

Also Dizaster is a battle rapper you should check out, he’s made other rappers give up mid-battle. I met him in person and almost every wall in his place is covered with lyrics. It looks like you walked into a crazy persons house. Lyrics everywhere. He literally gets up and rehearses them almost all day until his next battle.

He is such an incredible performer! Have you done "Godzilla" yet?! lol. He has an extensive catalog! He's been in the game over 25 yrs! Check out "Speedom". Tech N9ne, Krizz & Eminem on that track!!! Busta and Twista are legends, but look up the songs they’ve done with Tech N9ne. If you’re looking for speed Tech invented it. Started in 1985 and hasn’t stopped since. Has done over 3000 shows, has the biggest discography in the genre, owns 8 giant buildings for merch and recording, and still is humble as possible even when he has every right to be full of himself. He also has the greatest live performance you’ll ever see. Look up “Greatest Tech N9ne Performances”. You’ll be left in shock. Dude goes off like his life depends on it. His dedication and talent is insane. That said, Em is amazing as well, and they have two songs together.
