@@SecretMarsupial Not super obvious, the only things that despawn on restart are bodies and ruined items. Take all of the gear off of a body and the non ruined stuff will still be there when you log back in.

@Angryewokadam that’s why you cut the bodies up if u stay within 100m of the area of the actual items they won’t despawn after reset only full bodies do. Remember to cut up to save ur friends gear as they run back lol after reset they will despawn if you haven’t been in the area within a certain time

A little tip from me: As of 1.15, you will now have to open the physical trunk of a vehicle to access it's inventory. Even the Sarka 120s inventory is accessed from the rear trunk, despite being a rear-engine car. This is likely an oversight by the devs.

Another tip: sawing off the sights on the FAMAS rifle will increase the rate at which it looses durability. I believe it's between 10-20% Bonus tip Always have an epinephrine auto-injector on your hot bar wheel to use in an emergency. It's useful for when you're carry weight has drained your total stamina and you need to sprint, when you need to climb walls or when you need to hold your breath for a long period of time for long range shots.

Bonus bonus tips: Keep heavy items in backpack then you can just drop it before a firefight, gain stamina "for free", poor man's epi.

Actually it decays at the same speed, however its max durability is reduced, which wont matter once it hits worn

Tip: If you crouch while drinking a bottle/soda (as soon as the wheel appears) you will skip the animation of removing the cap/tab and go straight to drinking. Helpful if you are in a hurry OR you don't want someone to hear you remove the cap! Love the vids WOBO!

Also, sprint forward one millimeter the moment any animation circle is completed (eating, drinking, crafting) and it finishes the animation immediately. This is extremely important when bandaging multiple wounds...as soon as that circle completes, sprint forward just a bit and start the next bandage. Saves so much time.

You can hit zombies from inside houses with bats/ knives etc through windows if they’re close enough.

I left a pile of 30 zombies outside a military barrack with ab axe by doing that. Some guy saw it while I was eating inside and literally said in voip " I'm not even gonna try to kill you after I seen this" 😂😂😂

another tip: Almost all melee weapons are one shot when hit in the head. Aim so you’re almost looking at the sky and swing. Shovel, baseball bat, sledgy, all of these are capable of one-shot when hit in the head.

I particularly am fond of the sledge hammer and charging up a heavy attack as a zombie is nearing me. Aim high and more often than not you'll get a satisfying 1 bonk kill.

Run directly at a zombie with a Barbed bat aim about 2 foot above Thier head and sprint power attack one shot everytime. To players too if the don't got a tac helm Also if you don't get the distance to sprint in with that first running power attack do a quick swing then power the back swing is fast af, then one more power attack and itll drop anyone regardless of gear the barbed bat is op

Tip for video: put playback speed lower so it's a little easier to soak in the info. It was going a little fast but can easily be fixed with playback speed

@@fantastic_n0b a few examples could be having a bandit/survivalist/pacifist/just straight up kos playstyle. Generally I'm pretty friendly & like interaction, but I won't hesitate to kill or rob to get what I need to survive. After years of playing I find that's what's most fun for me.

When you have a broken leg stand up fully do a slow walk to avoid going uncon and constantly hold crouch to lay down then immediately stand up and keep repeating. It's a little faster then just walking and makes it harder for someone to shoot you

I was being chased by zeds while exiting an area. I used an amphib to fire a shot behind the zeds chasing me. They stopped chasing me and went after the bullet impact allowing me to just run away.

Cause that’s how it’s work. The do follow the impact sounds of bullets and that’s what ppl need to remember when being shot at.

In the truck, i reckomend keeping it revved up in nuetral untill your teamy gets in then force it into 4th gear

Regarding #62: try this with other items than rags. Like, a suppressor? Suppressors have a nasty habit of getting ruined from slaps from infected and also from gunshots, based on my experience. I've seen other items go from pristine to worn also, but not nearly as frequent.

You can use iodine tincture to disinfect wounds after receiving wound infection from bandaging with unclean bandages and it will cure the wound infection over a short period of time.

Unsure if this still works, and not entirely important, but if you have something like body armor w/pouches in your inventory, and if your inventory is completely full, unloading magazines will place the rounds in the body armor pouches (which should not happen since only grenade-type attachments will stay on armor if you put it in your inventory). Random, I know.

@@ElRabito damn that's crazy and also isnt relevant to my personal experience, which is all I described. The fact that me and my friends use them all the time, on console no less, is proof that the cars can easily be fixed with some tweaks to the xml files. Sucks that you and everyone else cant find a server with competent "dev's" for lack of a better term, it hasn't been hard for me.

Hey man you can loot your own body, you have to hold the drop button over the items on your dead body and they will be on the ground. - hope this helps people :)

Placing clothes on the ground near a fireplace will increase the speed of which it dries out depending on the temperature of the fire. 400c usually takes about 2 mins to completely dry your clothes from drenched. dont forget to wring when it stops raining guys or youll get sick and FUCK THAT SHIT

You can play hours on end with drenched clothes, as long as your vitals are full, you won't get sick. Kinda ruins the survival aspect of the game, but there.

The best course of action when being chased by multiple zombies is to climb somewhere they cant reach or get into a house and walt for them to leave. Or if they chase you into the house you can sometimes climb on a table where they cannot reach

Some useful tips, like the 9x39ap don't penetrate armor just decay it faster and for the vitamins before consuming raw meat, dirty water or bloody hands, how many do you have to consume in order to get that effect if you don't have full hydration or food stats?

The stomach full symbol shows up way too early, best example is you will see it appear after one bottle of water but then can consume a while other bottle, this only applies when you've not eaten of drink anything recently obviously

The optic of the AUG A1 measures the height of the player who is 300m away, not 200m (at least IRL). Do not know if you said this wrong or the DayZ Devs implemented it wrong.

One thing I think should be more common info is that taking multiple pills at once doesn't do anything. There's been way to many times where a dude in my squad takes our last 3 terta at once to cure himself...

I recently got my Needle and cotton soft skill maxed out and couldn't repair anything to a prestine level as Rav Plays suggested in his video 2 years ago. Could you please investigate as repairing plate carriers and weapons to a prestine level would be a game changer. Many thanks and you're doing a top tear job
