I am from Brazil, but I lived in Maputo for 8 months. I can testify you are not lying. Mozambique is safe and beautiful, and Mozambican are very friendly. I'm sure you did not see other beatiful beaches in Mozambique. There is so much to see in this amazing country.

One day I had meeting with Zimbabweans in Johannesburg, when I spoke shona they said you are Zimbabwean, when I sang song of Somandla, Baba Charamba, Samanyanga Mtukudzi, Tazvida's brothers etc, they said you are definitely Zimbabwean.... I live in Mozambique for over a year now, im a Portuguese-South African, who lived half his life in Portugal and the other half in South Africa. I can say full hearted that i love this country. The people, the food, the beaches and the rest of the nature, is amazing. it is such a rich country with history and natural resourses. this video captures the highlights of Moz but it doesnt show the downside of the country, which i understand... there is much to be done here and hopefully those in power will invest properly in the development of the countries infrastuctures so that the people can flourish. great video. and i recomend anyone to come and visit this paradise on earth.

I lived in Maputo for 2 years, it's the second African country I called home after my own the D.R.C... I cannot tell you how much I LOVE MOZAMBIQUE!! What I remember the most is just how kind and friendly Mozambicans are and what a beautiful country it is. After living all over the globe I found myself in Portugal and one of the reasons I ended up here was because I knew I would find Mozambicans again, AND MOZAMBICAN FOOD!!

Just because the capital city has a few nice streets and districts, doesn’t mean the vast majority of the country and the city isn’t like ”war zone” compared to developed part of the world. Mozambique 🇲🇿 is a great country. It has so much resources. It has gas equal to Qatar’s 🇶🇦, Uranium, gold, fish 🎣, copper, the biggest aluminum deposit.

@Muzungu Me, where are that uraniun, copper and aluminum deposit. If you are considering Mozal it is not aluminum deposit but a smelter and all the raw material came from abroad.

Reading the comments you see how we Africans do not know much about each other. West Africans dont know much about other countries that are not west Africans. In general east, central and southern Africans know about each other but do not know about west Africa. We should travel more to other countries and know more about each other. And stop comparing ourselves because we all know that each country struggles.

We have the Nelson Mandela Highway in Jamaica 🇯🇲 and also Mandela park .We also have communities with names such as Angola,Zambia , African gardens and Zimbabwe Lane in Jamaica
