I sat down with Adrian Wojnarowski on NBA Countdown to discuss when the Boston Celtics could expect Kristaps Porzingis return to the court. Stephen A. Smith, Bob Myers, Michael Wilbon and Chris Paul then details Porzingis’ impact on Boston’s pursuit of an 18th NBA championship.

Technically 3rd behind Terry. He also only averaged 15 PPG. That's a significant difference versus what Porzingas brings to the table.

Not exactly. He got hurt very early on in the season, so it was almost like he was never a part of the team. That is totally different than Porzingis getting hurt during the first round of the playoffs.

7'3, can spread the floor, protects the paint, blocks shots, 20 ppg scorer, great screener, its no fluke why the Boston Celtics were unstoppable when he was on the floor, love al horford and his game but he's no Kristaps Porzingis.

@williamharris7849 kornet is a bad match up with Pacers fast pace of play and their bigs Turner, Siakam and Toppin are all too athletic for Kornet to be effective at all in this series. Now I think in. Series facing either TWolves or Mavs in the finals Kornet could be effective and provide a solid 10-12 minutes off the bench but ya feel that this series isn't for Kornet!

The Celtics won’t win the finals without Porzingis. Celtics will have to cover a lotta interior ground without him. And because of that, their perimeter can punish.

Celtics don’t need KP to close out Indiana. Indiana wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for other teams being injured. Indiana is a pretty good team but no threat for Bostons talent roster with or without KP. KP will return for the finals, this series closes in 5 games maybe even 4.

Kyrie Irving is the greatest point guard of all time, as far as i'm concerned. Lebron was the Scottie Pippen in 2016, just more flash and media hype. And Luka is the greatest SF of all time if you put him at the position he is by size. This is about to be a sweep. Anthony Edwards is 2014 Kawhi with charisma and media hype.
