yeah, but in reality, it's never that simple. shipping only is a huge hustle and you won't have Chinese mail costs. then there is the price of the advertisement. that's also a huge chunk of money just to toy around with. it's a legitimate way of making money, but you need a lot of money to burn, and you can potentially lose a lot as well.

Great video. I am doing dropshipping because it will always be viable since people need to buy things. If you can find good products and make your store appealing, you will be really successful. My strategy is to use some product search tools (my favorite one is using a little bit of winnerzila. I love how affordable their lifetime plan is, I paid it off in one week).

I learned all of that as a teenager when it was far rarer and still in its infancy and kept up with it...and the electrician that put my 3 phase plugs in my shop makes 88/hr...so thats a cuck lol. You dont get paid big money to work with any of those anymore. App dev team in the city pays people like...16/hr and gets away with it because its all college students studying something else.

This makes dropshipping look pretty easy. I'm surprised he didn't show how risky advertising is. I think with dropshipping that's what makes or breaks you. It's the only part of the process that you for sure have to put a decent amount of money into. If you don't get sales after spending on advertising you're in the red.

But then again it's what people wanna buy and society is a symbolic structure: they are rich bc society allows them to be rich. My story was much more boring. I found ok products that sold a few items here and there, but never anything big. I tried running ads on FB but they didn't really do much. My profits never got beyond a couple hundred dollars a month and after a couple years I got tired of it and pulled the plug.

On god had this moment during covid. I have made a lot of money doing dropshipping and have definitely had some stores that weren’t so hot… last time I started one (product was my gfs idea) in two weeks sold 4 grand worth of product. Marketing was effective. COVID caused the epacket shipping method to straight up disappear so shipping times were WAY longer LMAO had to shut that shit down before chargebacks rolled in

The problem with dropshipping is the rising popularity if chinese plattforms like shein or temu. Dropshiping worked well,when a lot of people didn't know about cheap chinese sites. Or back when you had to order huge amounts of stuff. Nowadays a lot of people, know about the fact, that the majority of Amazon stuff, you can get way cheaper at chinese shops. Especially Temu or Aliexpress are on the same level as Amazon, in terms of costumer support. As a private person, you won't be able to compete long against Amazon and Temu. Especially when it comes to refunds. They have money to back up, if shit doesn't go like plan.

actually tried it and failed I had a really good product and catchy store but when it came to ads things didnt turned out well since facebook ads chamged a lot and became harder to do and other ad platforms weremt as good either I think a budged of 1000$ is minimumly needet to be able to test different ad strategys and platforms You decide but i would advice you not to start this kind of business

Some friends and I had a dropshipping e store a couple of years back. The price for ads is what will break you. Be prepared to invest in at least a good amount of capital to make sales.
