These guys deserve a medal for their dedication to their trade, how they can keep up this pace day in day out is simply exceptional. I love the broth based dishes, not one dish was anywhere nearly overcooked, splendid job done by every member of the team.

清潔な厨房としっかりした仕込み、直接お鍋に調味料を振らずお玉で合わせてからの味付け、全てが凄く丁寧な所作に見えて感動しました。画面から美味しさが伝わりそうなお店だな。近くにお住まいの方が羨ましいです。

he learned and refined it through the years. i was waiting tables during my school years. an elder simply said, don't go in the kitchen empty-handed, and think what your other tables need. that saved quite a bit of walk back and forth. that's a simple advice i can also use on other thing in life.

일본에도 이러한 형태의 중국집을 운영하는 가게가 있는 줄은 꿈에도 생시에도 전혀 몰랐었었습니다. 정말이지 놀라운 요리 실력입니다. 또한 한국의 중국집 요리와는 다른 고유의 일본의 지역적 특색도 섞여있어 남다른 거 같습니다. 정말이지 맜있어보입니다.

일본사람들 다 중식을하네 ㅡㅡ 일본주방장들 빡씨네요 중식기술로 일본사람들점심을해야하니 맛없을수가 곧 우리나라 주방장들도 힘들어지겠습니다. 맛은있지만 그만큼 중식요리의 거품도 사라지겠네요. 주방에서일하시는분들 고생하는만큼 임금도올라갔으면하는바람입니다.
