It won't do anything. She's there because no one stays employed at preschools long. They struggle to keep employees. So they hire nut jobs and the unqualified because that's all they can get and the only ones who stay are generally those types of people. The pay is shit (I made 13$ and hour with experience and a degree), benefits are shit, hours are long, you get yelled at constantly, are constantly surrounded by 8-15 little kids who's parents are more demanding than they are, the stress can get extremely overwhelming, they lack employees so you end up working to cover 2 or 3 people, the turnover rate is extremely high. It's just not a good environment and most of us with qualifications refuse to work in those types of situations, especially when the cap is usually only 13$ (15-16$ at more prestigious schools, but they have their own host of horrible problems that I refuse to become involved in). I now just use my training, experience, and degree to preschool my own children until they are old enough for Kindergarten.

My teachers would verbally and emotionally abuse me to the point where I contemplated harming them. People forget that teachers are just human beings just like any doctor, therapist…etc is. And unfortunately, some people are crazy. Doesn’t matter what they do for a living

This! My first grade teacher was extremely mentally ill and she was so abusive to us. Not even just verbally but she also would hit us in the head and face. Threatened to kill us and all. I worry about the children in this woman's class like God forbid she's having a bad day and some of the kids disagree with an opinion of hers. Will she respectful disagree or will she snap and become abusive? Scary to think about.

In 3rd grade I switched schools and the 1st teacher I had was a substitute who was really nice. The kids had told me the real teacher was mean and yeah that lady ended up being crazy. The substitute had made show and tell optional but the real teacher had it mandatory. When I told her I didn't have anything to share she was like "YES YOU DO!!" and then grabbed me by the arm and dragged me from my seat across the floor to the front of the classroom. My mom was so pissed when I told her and she had words with the school. Apparently the teacher had just come back from a mental breakdown.

I grew up in the 80's and 90's, and I experienced only one teacher who was worth a damn. The rest were just abusive assholes who were often dumber and more ignorant and less mature than us kids. Ask my parents and grandparents and they'll tell you they had similar experiences with their teachers throughout school. Unfortunately, this is a problem that's been going on for generations.

I grew up watching friends get taken advantage of by predators. What I noticed is their parents wouldn't take the time to listen or pay attention to them. Predators can see this a mile away. Teach no secrets from mom and dad (even if they're told someone will get hurt if they tell mom /dad). Build open communications with your kid. This is the best way to protect them.❤ I hope you have a healthy and safe pregnancy /delivery ❤️

About the "trust & communication": Something that has worked for me, so far, with 2 kids, boy & girl ( teens now) , has been to tell them that lying is NEVER the solution and that if I ask a question, and they Don't WANT TO ANSWER for ANY reason, to simply tell me that, RESPECTFULLY! I will then approach with patience and ask what their reason is for not telling me.. and consider compromises if I deem fit..... fear of punishment ? Consequences? Fear of someone else being upset? Someone getting hurt? Don't want to tattle? ... there are SO many reasons .. they usually tell me after i discuss the reason with them. Sometimes I will remove the "consequence" besides the "talk" because THAT is the most important part imo. I haven't had issues with them lying and they rarely if EVER use this.. it just gives them another route/option besides lying. They understand that trust is earned, and that it is important to communicate respectfully ❤. I have been VERY lucky that my kids have been very well behaved kids/teens. (My oldest is autistic btw. )

That is exactly what you should do. I don't have social media (just YT) and my son doesn't have it either. My family is told to not post pics of us. There are predators, for sure, but those sites are data collection apps first. They're social media apps second.

What are the authorities going to do in that situation though. Police can’t do anything because it’s not a illegal to teach your kids about transgender. CPS perhaps could be called but if the family is just talking about transgender I don’t think even CPS can do anything. There has to be proof of abuse and talking about transgender theory is not classified as abuse in the legal system. So authorities can’t really do anything.

A lot of parents don't have the option. They have to go with who they can afford or who accepts assistance. That is where the worst teachers are going. The high end schools are not in any shortage for teachers. They have every teacher applying so they pick the best ones. The shit schools with the most toxic leadership, lowest scores, they are picking up these crazy teachers because they need a body willing to babysit some kids. It is a BAD system. My kindergarden son started last month to go to school. We chose a catholic private school: great teachers, awesome academic records, only 1 hr/wk of religious studies (optional for 12+ yrs olds) and definitively no gender/sexual talks (unless it is the reproductory system on science classes). It is very expensive. But I believe it is worth it. Besides, the young kids look so cute in their little uniforms
