I think for me and a lot of other people, Serizawa is a very impactful character. I mean, pretty much everyone in Mob Psycho 100 is, but Serizawa stood out for me personally. I loved the growth he went through from his first appearance to the very end of the series. It shows that no matter how many years you may have wasted, it's never too late to change and make something of your life. Your past is there, and it affects you, but it doesn't define who you'll be moving forward. And for the way Serizawa's character taught me and many others that lesson, I wanted to pay homage to that change and growth. And what better way to celebrate his birthday than with an animatic?
This is the first animatic I've done that comes with a special thanks list! I want to give a massive thank you to my buddy Quill, who showed me this song in the first place and was also there to freak out over any sneak peeks I gave them. And I also want to thank all the friends I've made since coming into the mob psycho fandom, and specifically the people in the seasoning city discord for keeping me sane in vc while I worked on this.
