Static is a DC property. Unless they use Static in one of the CW shows (Black Lightning would be the prime location; I actually think they are going to bring Static in if the show goes longer than 3 seasons) then I think it's more likely that they could end up introducing him on the DC steaming service. Either on Titans or in his own show.

in all seriousness Netflix is always looking to make shows or tv series people are interested in. you can send them a link to this video as a presentation of what you can do for them. just make sure you get a fair deal, like 20% since its their money making your show. other than that tell people on your Instagram or Facebook to kindly write to Netflix saying they want too see your show on there streaming service. Everything possible for those who preserver towards what they believe. Why dream only and not fight to make our dreams many other peoples collective reality. :)

I'm not trying to over hype your project here, but in all reality... If this fan made movie on a low budget (film industry standard low) kills it. Your project could make real waves. I hope we can get the word out enough for you, It would be amazing to see the comic community back you up on this. Even if they only show up at the end with the final product finished it would be a major win for comic characters in cinema. And I'm writing this after Infinity War was released.

This was well done, Great job man!! But one suggestion: if you can possibly add the big bang explosion that gave him his powers. I think doing that would also open doors to introducing the other characters like Ebon and hot streak and how all the Bang Babies came to be.

I'd be onboard with whatever puts Milestone back in the spotlight. Static was the tip of the iceberg. So many characters came out of that Big Bang.......then there's the mysteriously powerful ICON, who hit Superman harder than he'd ever been hit. If I had it, I'd throw money behind this.

As an avid comic book and manga reader, cartoon, anima and live action superhero watcher I will say this one of the best short movies I have seen depicting an African American superhero. It definitely captured the superhero bang baby from Dakota City in his early days. This definitely caught my attention because I watched it 3 times already. As an artist, I really liked the authenticity by reflecting "issues" found in inner cities. He was relatable. I could only imagine if you cinematic movie money what this project would look like. Props to you my brother. Keep up the great work!!

This was so intriguing! (BAD ASS!) By far the best version of Static Shock I've seen! Brilliant directing! I met the guy that plays the commissioner on a set a few weeks ago here in Houston! Rob Wood, thanks for sharing this with us! It was a pleasure meeting and working with you! We look forward to supporting this film. I know I'll see you at the Oscars soon enough!

I didnt know anybody related to the shooting or making of this short film. I just love static shock. And I found this. Thank god I did, it's the best real life adaptation ive seen yet. Virgil and Richie are spot on, though I will say I find it strange richie didnt immediately freak out when virgil just started weilding electricity and immediately connected the dots that he was at the docks. Obviously it's not crazy professional grade quality, but I was always a little disappointed when the actual static shock live adaptation got cancelled. For what it is, this is great! Keep up the good work. I hope you guys make more of this.

@@tyronerisher2925 exactly my point. This too good for the CW! There needs to be a new black owned network for things like this to live on. CW has its automatic levels of 🌽 that seem par for the course. I don't wanna see this go down that road. Static is beloved already. Let's not see him smeared in cream corn.
