For far too long, DC has suppressed the stories and the characters of Milestones old Dakota Universe behind a wall of caucasion muscle, finance and writing. And instead of letting the FANS determine the heroes and stories THEY want to see, they go out of their way to inundate us with movie after movie of the same tired, lame, heroes we have had to stomach for far too long. Now, let the names of Icon, Hardware, Static, Rocket, and The Syndicate reverberate through the minds of the black consciousness that so desperately hunger for OUR heroes, OUR stories & OUR representation. I have personally longed for DC to unveil Icon as his own stand alone man and unfortunately, the tiny egos of "small hats" called and end to Milestone far too soon. Now, we can right that wrong and give the people what they REALLY WANT!! Keep up the good work brotha. You and the cast of black skinned talent you have assembled. Keep bringing these goos stories and the great characters to life, so that we can Fight The Powers that BE!!!

I remember buying the milestones comics back in the '90s. The ones I mostly read were ICON, STATIC and HARDWARE. Seeing your fan films of those 2 heroes, remind how much I love reading them. I know there are plans to bring back milestone back in print, And would love to see them in dealing with today's issue and have some great action along with it. So, I got to ask, are we going to see a HARDWARE film in the future. If so, I'm looking forward to it as I did for ICON..

Unbelievable! To see comics that I grew up with come to life on screen is awesome! I will always appreciate kirkman's tireless dedication to not only his craft as a filmmaker but also his commitment to the authenticity of the portrayal of the milestone universe. I loved everything about ICON...especially rocket's fight scene. That headbutt WAS THE BEST and the immaturity that is experienced in both this and static is appreciated. These are kids who just became superheroes and I like the they get tired, surprised but hey back up and fight on. Thank you for all your hard work and you are doing Mcduffie's dream justice.

Again loving it! Seeing these characters IRL, thier emotions & thoughts portrayed in the eyes, expressions & mannerisms of the actors really immerses you into the world that is much like our own and that hits home. Thier raw reactions to the conflict brings them from the printed page to the living world, once again highlighting, thier frailty, struggles and character development as we join them on their journey. Mr. Kirkman, I liked Icon also, but u left what I call a "dangling conclusion". I want to see where u take this. I know there is more to the story. Bringing this in after Static is brilliant.
