• Wolf® Griddle demonstr...
Chef Pawel demonstrates how to quickly and easily maintain your Wolf Griddle using a simple scrub pad and some oil. If you did not watch Part1, it is recommend to watch that video before this one. Remember, it only takes a few minutes to clean one griddle as opposed to scrubbing several pots and pans. Just leave the griddle at a lower temp, place some clear oil or vinegar on top, and scrub with the screen/pad/handle combo. Slide excess into the drip tray and rinse. Pat dry with a towel. Then coat very lightly with oil if not going to use for a while - when you turn the griddle on next time, it will smoke off - when the smoke stops, all that oil is now burned off.
Wolf Griddles are found on Sealed Rangetops, Dual Fuel Ranges, and All Gas Ranges. Next Generation DF Ranges (2021 model) have a newly enhanced griddle without the back grille (so you might have a slightly different Griddle depending on your model but overall cleaning is the same - you just might not have the back vent to maintain).
