When my depression is kicking my ass and I’m just miserable with myself, which is more often than not, you’re my Therapy. You vocalize how it feels so well and give spot on analogy’s, and you joke about it and it makes me forget about my pain, and it’s a reminder that we’re not alone in how we feel. Hey Theo, try running at least three miles every single day. Make the first mile a slow warm-up mile and try to run the next 2. It takes out alot of existential angst. Working out everyday helps too.

Damn! I love when Theo gets mad and speaks his mind. He’s so dynamic. Theo is SO sensitive - and I love him to death and he could never be a ‘downer’, he’s too generous to be a burden in any possible way. He’s just seeking like all of us, and it seems unfathomable for me to imagine ‘’standing up alone’ all the times when you’re not feeling your best or your suffering or lonely or pissed off and just sick n tired. @@ivanvilla54 I agree. In a previous podcast, she said she'd sleep with Theo if Bobby died... Think she likes him, but doesn't like the comments being made and so just making it clear she wouldn't cheat on Bobby. She definitely likes Theo.
