It seems to me that quantum entanglement can be achieved by physical reality only being made of classical waves. Think of particles with definite positions in spatial 3D and then transform it into a frequency 3D space with a Fourier transform. The sine waves making up the spectrum are nonlocal in the sense that they span the whole 3D space. And the localities of the particles are simply a result of adding these nonlocal sine waves together. And a single sine wave can be a component of two or more particles, so when the sine wave changes, all those particles change instantly and nonlocally.

Can be the cosmic microwave background image be used to compare automatic generated rules in the search for "the rule" in the first fractions of time of the universe? (Sorry for my english)

No, the problem is that the search criteria doesnt allow you to pick a rule based on observable features, without just computing examples and finding similarities with what you already recognize and features of how physics works in our universe.
