Thank you so much for the kind words, glad you enjoyed the video. For sizing have you tried looking into 3D scanning apps like EM3D? Also you can 3D print cosplay calipers to measure the width of your head. Both methods works for me.

As far as sizing your helmets. Have you looked at a program called Amorsmith from The Armored Garage. You can make a full size avatar of you. Then size helmets or full sets of gear. I use the program and it’s great. I also like printing helmets. It sure does take the guess work out of sizing. I’ll be joining your channel. Hope to see more videos to come.

Yeah I just got a ender 3d printer and would love to learn how to use the software. Such as scaling, supports, angling the print and so forth. Super excited to learn and make my own cosplay costumes using 3d printer. Thanks for your hard work.
