Voters in Boulder decided to accelerate that by introducing wolves without any concern for anyone else because they don't have to suffer the consequences. The wolves that were introduced from Oregon were trapped there BECAUSE THEY ALREADY FORMED A HABIT OF KILLING LIVESTOCK.
