Your humor is appreciated, but wolves aren't usually that stupid to engage a man one on one unless they have some kind of rabies or for some reason are away from their pack and super-super hungry. It's one thing when we as humans understand different animals, their strengths and as a result have a certain level of respect (fear, if you will) towards them, but the animals are just as smart not to look at the human as prey (most of the time) knowing that a motivated man can do surprising things and is more than capable of putting them down.

Besides keeping trash . kibble and pets indoors, the best way to keep their numbers down is wolves. But the trophy hunters don't want to hear that.
