That's really interesting to see. It's the kind of behind the scenes stuff that players hint at on podcasts and the like, but we (as fans) don't *really* know what goes on.

Full of confidence after watching this. Even if we don't start the season well he's growing a culture within the club that can only be beneficial moving forward. The club are lucky to have Powell looking at this.
