He did say that in a couple different ways. What I didn't hear the Judge say though was that the summer parenting time is intended to be School Summer Break parenting time, then the judge can just amend the order with that specific definition and the petty guy has 0 legs to stand on.

My father was the same, he was in some of the earliest and most violent battles of the Vietnam War and I only saw him cry twice, once when he and my grandmother were telling us about their family who were killed in the Holocaust ( Lithuanian Catholics ) and when my dear sister passed away from cancer at 40 leaving three kids behind.

Whoa, sorry but this is NOT the aspect to highlight regarding the scumbag in the video who isn't paying his child support. Men are typically f***ed up because society says they CANNOT express emotions full stop. His crying was an Oscar performance attempt but absolutely livid that you are making out that men don't cry - too many young men committing suicide because of this attitude.

My adopted son family comes from Louisiana, he moved in when he was in 2nd grade and nobody could understand him, he use to say 'im Cajun, that's how we talk in louisianna' The crazy part though is that the older son said the family came to Texas after Hurricaine Katrina (2005 I think) and he was born in 2008 and lived with grandparents and foster families.......until he moved in with us 2016.....so the math ain't mathing since he was born 3 years after the family was forced out of southern louisianna' were he claims he learned to speak cajun

The man with the tenant trouble is a sweet gentleman. His getting mixed up with that woman is a shame. She should have the grace to leave him alone. It seems like all the trouble is of her making, trying to change HIS house. I think he’s plenty sharp; he just has some trouble speaking.

For the first guy (the crying man), bond forfeitures may just be the best shot at getting him to make any kind of payments at all to go toward what he owes. Maybe it's unethical to allow someone to put up a bond that you know they're gonna lose... but still... the ball is in their court.

There are many times when I wish attorneys and judges would translate terms to common English in court. I am willing to bet this man is confused by “in lieu of”. That’s why his answers kept changing. He’s not going to ask what it means because he doesn’t want to appear dumb.

Sounds more like he's indignant because he's misunderstood the terms being used. People want to be offended, rather than look at it from another's point of view. He thinks she's getting extra time that he WANTS with their kid. It's understandable that he'd be upset if he thought he was being shorted his allotted time. He's still obviously wrong though. My wife can be hyper-literal. So it's not far fetched for me to believe someone could make the argument he is making in good faith.

If you have a criminal record, yeah it might be hard to find a sort of good job, but anyone can get hired at McDonald's!! Or find a garbage collection company, no reason to worry about a bad record there. Or here's a good idea, find a job source company (Kelly Services, Time Employment, Cardinal Services, etc). They're good about hiring people with records - depending on the criminal charge anyway - and they know employers that will accept temps and possibly hire on after probationary periods for individuals with records. Jobs are out there, not the best jobs in the world but as my mom used to tell my sibs and myself $1 an hour is better than $0 an hour.
