This is so inspiring! I wish I had the guts to try parkour when I first saw it back in 2011. I would’ve been 43. Now, I’m getting ready for my 11th major back surgery in 5 weeks plus recovering from a massive stroke a few years ago. I highly doubt that I’ll ever be able to get in gym shape again, but you have definitely given me food for thought, so thank you! Stay safe and healthy in the new year!!

There's other things you can get into though, it doesn't have to be parkour or overly physical if that is too much of an obstacle for you. You got things like Poker (free tournaments aka freerolls etc. if you don't want to gamble money), gaming, chess etc. Or if you get to a spot to be physical marathon walks is a thing, and it's a very positive and inclusive sport with people of all levels and challenges.
