"You're only sorry because you found out who my brother was!" I LOVE that line. People like that don't change in a snap like that. There ARE people in the world who get caught doing something wrong and only say sorry to avoid the consequences. However, there are people out there who are truely, really sorry, because there are people who are sorry for what they did. We just gotta watch out for those who are sorry, and those who are not.

So true because you never disrespect anyone, especially people who have autism or any other type of disability. Also yes she wasn't even sorry for what she said, she was only sorry because she found out that the woman she bullied was her fiance's sister. She even tried justifying her actions by saying she was in a bad mood and that's no excuse even if you're having the worst day of your life.

The second thing that has me wondering is what the hell did she buy for $2,000 at a convenience store? You never know what somebody's circumstances are. Being patient and kind costs nothing but a little time and effort. People in customer service just beat down these days dealing with rude and impatient people. Don't be one of those people.

@@Kelle0284 I would, yes. Why? Because showing empathy and respect doesn’t mean you condone their bad actions. It just means you are a respectful, decent human being. Being kind shows more about you then who you are being kind to. And being kind to someone who isn’t kind may just be what they need to see that the world isn’t as bad as they think and it could help them change their ways. Some people do bad things because it’s all they know. Do unto others as you wish them to do unto you. Whether it actually changes the person you are directing it at or not, you will feel good about yourself and others will see the good you put out. Remember that you don’t know the circumstances of other people’s lives. Sometimes they do bad things out of desperation or necessity.

Loved this video! I have a daughter who has Autism, she's 4 & the sweetest little girl. I find it so tragic & heartbreaking that so many people feel it's okay to disrespect others, simply because they are unique & different than them. What many people don't seem to understand is that just because someone is Autistic, doesn't necessarily mean they can't live a pretty normal life. Many people who have Autism graduate, have jobs & relationships, even families. Learn to accept other's differences. Treat people the way you'd like to be treated! In the first video, Maddie was extremely rude to the cashier, then blamed it on being irritable & having a bad day. We all go through things, but it's not a valid excuse to insult, belittle, or offend others. Be polite & courteous to those you meet & come in contact with always!🥰 One thing I did find odd was that Clarence hadn't yet introduced his sister to his girlfriend, though he was planning to propose, so clearly the relationship wasn't new or casual, you'd think his gf would have already met his family. Though they later clarified that he had wanted to wait a year to introduce them to one another. However, you'd think she'd at least have met his sister prior, if they'd been together that long & Clarence is obviously close to them both. Excellent content, regardless. I love the actress who played the store clerk, she's phenomenal in everything she does. I also would like to personally thank you Vid Chronicles, for displaying fair, appropriate, & proper judgement when having an actor portray a character with Autism. You did this in a way that was acceptable & not at all disrespectful to the community of folks on the spectrum. Obviously, those with Autism are all very unique, but I've seen some content in other KZfaq content where the role of an Autistic individual was poorly done + drastically over the top & just downright offensive, so I appreciate that you obviously took the time to do your homework before releasing this, to ensure that the character playing an Autistic woman did not act in a way that would hurt anyone's feelings, or cause negative reactions. You're amazing! Keep up the wonderful work.❤️💯

This video is dedicated to all autistic human beings, including me! I made a mistake at a previous job involving food and sharp material. Instead of giving me another chance, she terminated my employment!! She had the nerve and the audacity to say that I stormed out of the building, when I was just going to the restroom.

I can't believe someone would treat someone like this. I love you guys and this was such a great story. Just because she has a disability and she gets treated like this isn't fair. Dana was so sweet and sticking up for her and that girl needs to stop being mean to her and it is good Dana is sticking up for his staff. I felt so bad for her since she got fired because of a disability. The brother is so great for sticking up for his sister

Cashier's are usually the heart of a company coming face to face with people & though some aren't always nice & some have to vent to get the stress off & whose there smiling & saying a kind word Ben & other cashier's. Keep being you & great things will come your way!!!

@Ben Reder Same here, but I work as a stockperson. Not only that, but I also have a dream to become a KZfaqr which I am afraid to do because I don't think I'm as good as other KZfaqrs. That being said, I'm easily overwhelmed and I end up getting upset, but I try not to cry or let it show because I don't want to get fired. However, I get overwhelmed even more and I almost end up having either a serious breakdown or an autistic meltdown, and I really don't want that. I just don't know what to do.

@Ben Reder I forgot to mention that I have Asperger's Syndrome, but I normally don't mention it because I don't want people to think I'm using it as a crutch or using it to get attention or other autistic people to hate me because I mention it to other people who don't know I have it.

This is the most important lesson anyone can seek. We autistic brother and sisters are great diligent people. Sure we have a few social problems and we jumble our words from time to time, but that's no excuse to discriminate us. Autism isn't a disability, it's a blessing. MMEYC is a brilliant Minecraft youtuber who uses clever strategies to defeat the Ender Dragon. Yet those strategies he uses in life. JAF films risk to use kids show characters in a video while puppeteering them in videos made him an internet sensations. This is because he has a heart as big as that of a child and loves everyone to the bone. I'm autistic, I've pushed through people discriminating me like Gemma Bryden, as of now I'm a game developer who recreates classic arcade games. See what I'm saying. Autism will change the world for the better, autism is not a disability, it's a blessing. a blessing from God.

Lucky Claire! It's a big surprise how Claire can work even though she has an autism because I'm also autistic but I could never get a job because I have too many limitations plus I didn't want to face any discrimination in the workplace. In this video, I feel so sorry how Claire is treated by the rude customer named Maddie. Maddie got what she deserved at the end. This is why it's important for autistic people to be treated with respect or treated equally as normal people.
