This woman's wonderful dual tiny house home and studio setup creates quality of life and freedom in both the home and the workspace. Thanks Sharesies for sponsoring this video! Download the Sharesies app and use promo code PINEAPPLE for a $10 kickstart. T&Cs apply.
In this weeks episode we meet Trees, an inspiring artist who has constructed two beautiful tiny houses to form both her home and art studio. Between the two, she has created an ideal set-up, with one home being a sanctuary where she can relax and sleep and the other, a place for work and creativity.
The two tiny houses are joined by a covered deck which provides additional outdoor living space and combined, they form a dream home for this artist! We hope you enjoy the video tour of these beautifully constructed tiny homes.

To date I have read maybe 500 books and when I finish reading a page, I tear it out of the book. These books shaped my personality. And I am grateful for that. But these books were so important to me that I feel freer without them. - My girlfriend wanted a bookcase in the living room. We have found the perfect compromise: Today there is a framed "picture" with the word "books" on a bookshelf.

Trees put a lot of thought into designing her home. One advantage of being older is that we have live long enough to know what we have to have around us for us to feel happy and comfortable. I love this! I am about to do the same thing with the kids grown and gone, the husband passed and the grandkids are mostly grown and I am sitting in a large house with a ton of space. I have loved the tiny houses for awhile- a long while, so moved into one room to see if it would be a problem and it is not. As a painter, silversmith, beaded with table size looms and an herbalist, I could not figure out how to live tiny and continue doing what I love. This set up is fantastic. I don’t do all those things at once so the looms can hang up on the wall unless I am working on something. The deck is the icing on the cake. Now, to find some land and a builder. Thanks for featuring this tiny house and lovely lady. She is awesome and she made my day!!!

I have an idea that's not Bryce's fault that other interviewees (is that a word?) don't seem to know how to carry on a conversation. They speak the way they text with stunted sentences. Bryce loves conversations obviously and this woman is from a different generation, where speaking to people was natural and important. I think this is something to really meditate on and realize we are losing something very human and important, the ability to converse, one on one. Lots here have mentioned wanting to be her neighbor, ai would love to be her friend! Bless y'all-everyone have a wonderful day.

What a delightful episode! Bryce has explored hundreds of interesting "tiny houses" but this one is truly unique - as its owner. Trees' home is unique, an intimate dwelling, a truly personal space. All human dwellings should nurture the human spirit but very few do so. This 2 part dwelling does that with style and panache. Thoroughly enjoyed this tiny house tour.

I love this woman and her home. She's the perfect one to show folks that a tiny house is a HOME.

This makes perfect sense. She can get away from her studio when she gets tired and she doesn't have the mess of art supplies in her living area.

Being an artist myself, I really appreciated and liked all the little unique features she's put in her home. Also having a separate art studio? Genius! Definitely what I need to do soon 😂 I especially loved the windows and that oil lamp and that the food smells from the kitchen will stay separate from the living and bedroom area. Imo, a very smart design.

If I were to do tiny house living, this is what I’d love. It’s just beautiful! Her artistry has made this a wonderful place to live. And having 2 separate places is fantastic. The only changes for me would be to not have all the steps because, as I age, steps can become a serious barrier.

What a joyful lady. I could move next to her and feel like we are family. She is so talented. Wish it could have been in slow motion. I feel I missed so much of her art. You also seemed to love her quirky side and you felt so at ease with her. Beautiful find as always. Thank you Bryce & Rasa.❤️

This is the sort of setup I'd love to have as a future home. A tiny house for living and another as an art studio/office that come together with an outdoor patio space. I loved how her own art is scattered throughout her home from the copper birds, to the stairs and other cabinets. I wish you'd shown more of Trees actual art studio. It would have been lovely to see how she organized her tools and work station, but overall, this was one of your better shows.

What a fun interview. Lovely woman. I much prefer the concept of 2 separate living spaces and separating the kitchen/bathroom from the sleeping areas.

Yes yes yes! I loved seeing these two units and how she set it all up to suit her lifestyle! As a private music teacher needing space for a music studio with electric pianos, guitars and a drum kit, this sort of set up is ideal! She was so sweet and it was delightful to peek into her creative world! Loved the stained glass windows and all the angles in the houses.. really unique, like her.. 🥰🥰

Love this! I am an Artisan, Musician and Artist as well and I think about going tiny but always said I would need 2 to 3 tiny homes to make it work. One for sleeping and eating and the other two to house a studio in one and my music in the other. Thanks for sharing!!
