Some people are raised speaking the language of lying. Their parents lie, their family lies, their friends lie. Then they are confused and say I'm not trying to lie, when someone calls them out. Perfect example. Everything coming out of the defendant's mouth is a lie. That's why he asked her to leave.

As in one lady who declined an offer of s*x on the grounds that it may create life that eventually dies. Such a gormless answer was a real passion killer. My dear late mother had a sendup expression “lacking gorm”, which is the same as gormless. In theory the opposite of gormless should be gorm, as intelligent or full of initiative but in the English language this does not appear to be the case. For instance a gorm can be a foolish person in some regions. For a joke I used to tell students if we were going to a sports competition that I wanted them to be: “Kempt and gruntled and full of gorm !!”

Here in NSW, Australia the Education Department gives parents a certain amount of money buy small laptops for each high school age child for use in school. They're not whizz bang top of the range but definitely more than adequate for the purpose of browsing for school. The kids also type their assignments into the laptops and store them for class. This has been a normal part of school for quite a few years now. Of course if you are able to afford a you beaut computer that's great but a lot of parents can't afford to buy computers for each child so this is a great idea.

Nine out of 10 cases involving anything to do with a computer she totally misconstrues. When the defendant said that she went to college, Judy insists that she has a computer and calls the defendant a liar. But as usual, Judy didn’t have her “listening ears” on, because the “college” that the girl went to was a predatory trade school that runs a two-year course to become a respiratory therapist. Even though she seems to lie about taking his stuff, some of the stuff that she was saying was Halfway True though. Just because you have a key to somebodies place does Not mean you are staying / living with them. TEMPORARY VISITS is not Staying. And a student in college doesn't always have to have a laptop when you can go to Online School on a tablet, on your phone, or on the computers installed within the college campuses. So yeah, just saying

But she was in the military, its more likely they paid for a laptop for her to use, or at the very least given her one. Btw, she was totally staying with him at his place. Additionally, she started off lying right off the bat so it became too hard to believe her.

I actually believed the defendant. Just because you have keys to a place doesn’t mean you live there I have keys to my parents place but come by once a week and I have a few things there. If you are paying bills at a place you are staying there. Also my first year in college I didn’t have money for a computer so I used the library computers.

She technically lived there at his house, so even though she did not have most of her stuff she was still moved in
@Maria141782 жыл бұрын
Yes, but she said she lived with him in her complaint. Also, it's not her money she was using to go to school, the military was paying for her. At least that's what I understood from all of this.
