This is inspiring. Although i knew one can layer the ratatouille with the sliced potato and white sauce as a vegetarian dish, i did not know one can add bacon and cook it as you have done. I made this today and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t have bacon but had garlic salami and it was a good substitute. For fish masala I used ground cumin,turmeric and coriander powder.

I agree that the food is not healthy, but a lot of people are still learning about what is healthy and what it’s not. The thing is, food that is healthy most times doesn’t taste good. We’re told not to over cook food or eat vegetable oil but only God’s grace will deliver us. I know I would have enjoyed what they made😋😋😋 cos I love my cheese.

I tried the ratatouille recipe today. It was amazing. I added red and yellow peppers. I have a feeling that it will be a regular request from the family from now on. Tip about the eggplant, it absorbs a lot of oil. So if you have an oven or airfryer, just toss them in a little oil and bake or airfry for a short time.

This was not a cooking class but a normal cooking like we do in our houses everyday, personally I don't put a headscarf each time I'm cooking.

Not cucumbers but zucchini mixed with eggplant...plus bacon ..looks good. Will definitely try the recipie. I would probably dryfry the bacon first just to get rid of fat before I mixed it up in there. What type of cheese are you using?
