Have half the people in the comments actually watched the video or understand the context of the title? If you haven't realised already, she's saying that the way they handle treatment, nutrition, training, recovery etc. in the women's game needs to be different because their bodies are just different. She's saying (to coaches, managers, the background staff) that they can't follow the methods set from the men's side as it's not how you get optimal performance from these players, and unfortunately, there are inexperienced people working at other clubs that don't really know how to navigate that yet. Maybe actually watch the video before commenting nonsense that has nothing to do with the video?

Most of the money comes from the Men's game TV rights, why should the marketing for men and women be equal. They can help yes. Otherwise it means the success of the premier League is bankrolling the WSL. Even the Championship men's league doesn't get equal marketing to the Premier League. And it's worth 10 times the WSL financially.

Women's Tennis is the most equally marketed and successful female sport in the world, yet it STILL gets fewer viewing figures and people attending every tournament than men. It's just a fact, even women prefer to watch men play. It will never be equal.
