First become self sufficient n independent women n then stop treating boys as ATM, don't marry just bcoz of family pressure or something, marry only when u find ur perfect MAN(and same for man as well), don't spend too much on ur marriage (bcz after 5 or 6 days no one is going to remember ur tasty dishes n expensive arrangements), no need to change ur surname, house or anything else if u don't feel so, if u don't feel comfortable both in ur house as well as in ur in laws house buy a new house instead n live alone with ur hubby. My mom is a working lady and my Dad is so sweet he help my mom in household work and my grandmother is so so so sweet and caring. If my mom is feeling weakness or having fever instead of my mom she cooks food and my Mom is a working lady as I said before only. She go to office and my father also go to highcourt and me and my brother go to school. He is 6 years old. And when we come back from school our grandmother took care of me and my bro aur meri dadi fir mere Bhai Ko khana khila deti thi aur Kapra bhi Badal deti thi aur wo mera bhi bohot khayal rakhti thi. She lives alone when me and my bro leaves for school and my parents leave for their office and you know we live or (say)spend time with our granny only until our parents come back home. We enjoyed a lot with our granny. Love u granny. U r my best friend ❤️❤️🤗🤗....But she is no more 😣. She passed away on 28th July 2020. I am missing my grandmother. But granny our beautiful lovely sweet memories will never pass away. Love u..... Don't forget us and be happy wherever u are🤗🤗❤️❤️😘😘

As In my family, I have always seen that women never got any respect . From morning to night, they worked as a labour . My grand mother used to give some taunts on my mother for giving birth to me (because i was a girl). During my mom 's marriage , my mom 's father gave so many things like bike , tv , refrigrator , utensils , clothes , double bed , dressing table , an almirah and 51000 rs. as cash to my dad 's family , but even after giving so many things meri daadi aur ghar ke dusre members meri mom ko yahi bola krte the ki tum layi hi kya ho . Ye nhi diya , ye acha nhi diya, bike humare psand ki nhi di etc ,etc . But my mom never said a word to them .

This video made me emotional. I used to work in Flipkart. Shaadi se pehle mere in-laws ko mere job se koi dikkath nahi thi, shaadi ke baad dikkath hone lagi. Bahut paise the unke paas, unko meri kamayi ki zaroorat nahi thi, par ghar me ek naukrani ki zaroorat thi. Unhone mujhe job chorne se majboor kiya. I had to leave my job then. Maine socha ki main ghar ka kaam karte hue baaki time araam se reh sakti hoon, but things were different. Office ke 8 hours shifts se batthar zindagi ho gayi meri. Mujhe ghar me 5:30am to 11pm kaam karna parta tha. I was pissed off. Maine phir job ke liye apply karna start kiya. My in-laws made it a big issue that I'm looking for a job. Maine mere pati ko bahut samajhaya, he couldn't understand what I'm going through. Main har waqt roti rahi, kisi ko farak bhi nahi para. Ek din bahut himmat juta ke us ghar se nikal gayi. My parents didn't support me. Haath me ek paisa nahi tha ek room lene ke liye. I had to sell my golden chain & ear rings for some money to pay the PG rent. Lockdown me job milna muskil tha, but somehow managed to find a job. Ab akele rehti hoon aur khush hoon.

Bahu/wife= ATM machine(should be on job, should bring dowry and only her parents should bear the cost of wedding ceremony)+ well educated+ presentable(should not embarrass husband and in laws in social gatherings)+ maid(should cook breakfast, lunch and dinner even if she is working but her husband should be served on couch)+ beauty queen(does not matter how a man looks he wants a pretty wife)+bachche paida karne ki machine(should show the face of their grandson within 1 year of marriage)+goongi+ slave(should blindly obey her husband's and in laws' commands and should not defame them no matter how bad they are). Marriage is between 2 people and their families but still only girl's parents bear the cost of wedding ceremony and dowry. My advice to you is dont spend too much on just one day's feast. People will forget the taste of dishes, arrangement and so on. But your parents will incur huge debts just for that one day's feast. It takes alot of time to pay off your debts. Also nowadays marriage is no longer a life time commitment. Divorce cases are rising. So there is no point of spending so much money on one day's feast. Now some people might say that everyone is not living an unhappy married life but I guess most of the girls are not happy after marriage. Unmarried life is more convenient. Moreover I think marriages are just overrated in India. It is considered to be a divine relationship, association of 7 births and the ultimate reason to be happy. But I think most of the married couples are still together because of their kids and due to the pressure of society not because of affection between couples.

It's like that after marriage.... That's why my parents used to scare me by saying dusre k ghar jaegi sab smjh aa jaega dimag thikane aa jaega..... When ever I went out of their control 😂😂now happily single. Married is lifetime slavery in India.
